The approach was flown too high. Those lights on the left side of the runway indicate a 3 degree approach angle, the industry standard. On approach, there should be 2 red and 2 white lights indicating right on the proper glide path. All white lights, as we see here, indicate that you are too high.
Slightly high, non essential conversation during critical phase of flight (including while on the runway), and diving for the runway in the last 50 ft.

I bit higher. The pilot was keeping 3 whites and 1 red all way down.
