As an empath, I have been picking people up, dusting them off and getting them going again, all my life. Healing, by any other name. I never really kept score, and for the longest time, failed to realise that often I was attracting energy vampires, "klingons" who were hard to dislodge, and only too happy to suck your energies dry, rather than exert themselves. It finally clicked a couple of years ago when I got rid of the last one, and I have become much more circumspect about relationships since then. Hopefully, I may get one more roll of the dice, but if not, I can live with myself happily enough and enjoy the peace that comes from knowing that at least I made a few lives better, and learned something in the process.

Yes Nd yes. Today was Nd is the day I decided to put the bottle down Nd start my fasting (I wanna cry so bad) during these last few day n during this beautiful full moon (which is my sun sign) - it dawned on me- I was being completely distracted by /with family drama . Took my frustrations out on my sweetheart while under the influence 😢 … every time I pray Nd decide to fast or see that I’m this 👌🏽close to breaking a generational curse the same family drama appears and now a new family secret/ generational curse has been bought to light now I done had another setback again.. whew God !! It resonated with me well, I am sensing shifts that happening in my energetic field. If there is no such love which fulfill my soul I am absolutely fine with who I am.
