You two should make a weekly or monthly UA-cam show together, like ''Golden Kitchen'' where you throw a dart on a map and cook dish from this country on time or try to cook a certain dish in two different ways and compete which one is better.

As Bilal said, definitely try Dosa specifically ghee roast and masala dosas, sweet Pongal, as well as Puri with aloo. As a south indian I stand by these as my favorite go to meals which are all just sooo flavorfull.
