I think the strategies you are going to use are good. But some of these strategies depend on what content you make. For instance if you make commentary content or content explaining a certain feature in a game, you need to cut out improper language like um or long pauses. But if you make content purely based of progressing or pvping in a game I think you shouldn't worry about cutting out certain pauses or saying um.
