Our rescue gators are wild caught nuisance gators that would’ve otherwise been destroyed. The state of Florida destroys 8,000 “nuisance” gators annually, but we don’t have a nuisance gators problem but rather a nuisance HUMAN problem. 1k people a day move to FL, unsustainably developing the land, and a lot of ignorant people making a nuisance out of themselves. NEVER feed a wild gator, never have kids or pets near the water, and never swim in gator habitat! And of course, never attempt anything you see in my videos!

I bet Poppy is being cuddled a lot in the house! If you have access to a camera on a feeder line of some kind, it might be interesting to see inside of Cheeky's maze.
They are both waiting so patiently for their food. Bless their hearts. They are so wonderful. I just want to give them both a big hug. And I am in 100% agreement with you. We have a human nuisance problem. A problem that includes entitlement to others' will and lives; specifically the animals and insects. I am a Beekeeper and I cringe when people call and want the "irritating" Bees out of their yard. I feel like telling them, "You do realize that every 3rd bite of your food is because of those irritating Bees making it possible your fed and not starving." The lack of gratitude for them really angers me.

Can you imagine if Bella and Big Mac's roles were reversed? Bella's look @5:36....like she is trying to figure out what you are about. Bella would never sit still for the SAT's...😂😂 If sorcery = time spent learning about alligators, their behavior, and actually working with them to get to know them, then it is indeed sorcery. 20 years is a load of experience to draw from. We'll call you, "Chris, the Gator Bellower." 😉Dino s such a beautiful animal now, even at his diminished state. I can't imagine him at his full size health and personality. When you got him to eat, I was clapping and shouting out loud. It WAS a big moment. Topanga....What a freaky sound. You got to pet Cheeky! I was wondering if Poppy's absence caused a shift in their dynamic. Sorry so long winded. I really enjoy these vlogs so much. As always THANK YOU for sharing your knowledge.
It doesn't matter how Dino's water looks. I'm just so excited to be able to see him and see him eat! You have mentioned many times that the water is just algae growth so hopefully your watchers will remember. I think your ponds all look great! ❤❤

Bella just cracks me up. She (really all of the animals) has such personality she reminds me a bit of Cracker Jack. I just want to thank you both for sharing these wonderful animals with all of Chris & Gabby and most importantly educating us. No animal/insect/reptile is unworthy of life or our protection - All serve a purpose.

Wow. Dino ate again. I am cautiously optimistic for his future. Still very excited about him eating twice in a row tho 🎉 btw Topanga (spelling?) and her companion have always growled under their breath. My type of hearing difficulties developed because of the antibiotic: Gentamicin in turn causing nephrotoxicity, cochleotoxicity, and vestibule toxicity which took my ability to hear high frequency and some midrange. So all along I thought we all heard them “growling” I even mentioned it way back. They do it I guess softly all the time. Today it was like Bella’s growls without the hissing. Wow, I wonder what was up with her. Do animals get moody “just because?” 😮

Bella is so cute. I know that she is an angel lol or more like a demon in disguise as a cute Angel. but with her natural desire to put her body up high like that would she be great to train like Mike does at Gatorland with his favorite male crocodile up on a big stone (I can’t remember his name) he feeds him that way and scratches him under the chin not saying that crocs & alligators are puppy dogs but it’s really cool and interesting. He sometimes does it with Goldie too. I’m not saying this crocs and gators are tame by far they are nowhere near tame…but they are trained. I think, using some of their natural instincts as individuals not as crocs -and- gates in general.
