Part of meditating; is learning to silence, quiet and still are mind and body. Although guided meditations are great. We do need to learn to not use them so that we may Master our own mind and body.
For me this has been a literal storm. The hurricane knocked down a dead tree into a fence I had been building. I cut up a lot of the tree and burned it. During this time I have reflected on the symbolism of having my fences blown away. I have also had an unexpected opportunity of massive proportions come my way, as though the boundaries that had been my isolation were taken out. Now I need to get past myself to take action on the work of art that I have before me.

Now 54, had to start with my 2 dogs & next to nothing. But, it was a blessing & I am using it to hit next level.
20+ years and it has just been tower after tower after tower with no positive energy to balance it out. I really need things to change soon or I am going to find my higher self and karma and do some damage. Now that will be so satisfying. Thank you.
