what about the thinkpad red button nipple thing? my friend made it to silver 2 in league by just sitting in his bed and using that instead of a mouse, so it might be possible to play pretty decently in osu! with it

You need to include the upside down mouse playstyle, feet for tapping with hand on tablet, using any computer tablet as a tablet, using voice to move left or right/click, using twitch stream to control loool, laptop touch screen

My personal favorite style, is the pen slip style. Where your pen slips out of your hand during your best play.

If you have a PS4/3/switch controller, you can use motion controller which is actually quite playable.
I use a chopstick to tap and thats how i got my best plays
