As a person who is trans and is not transitioning yet this was so heartwarming and I loved it made me really happy I kind of almost started crying it was so nice 💜💜💜💜💜💜
In that case, I hope you like the video and that I managed to give some good representation of the topic. I personally am Non-binary, which mean I experience my fair share of body dysphoria but it's still very different than being trans in a binary sense I imagine.
This was amazing!! Also, I’ve been wearing my binder for like over 12 hours now and my breathing is a little tight. This made me think about my binder habits a bit more lol.
Yeah, I hate that you are supposed to wear it for just about 8 hours. I think it's mostly because it could negatively affect the blood circulation in that area. Broken ribs are mostly caused by wearing a binder in the wrong size I think. (I'm not a medical professional and do not guarantee for medical accuracy in any of my works) Also, I'm happy that you liked the video 😊
@@nerdynekoma i don't know it exactly but once you put it one, it compresses your breast and with that makes you not able to breath as well anymore. Damaged or broken rips can not only caused by wearing one the wrong sized but also when exercising in one. Wrong sized binders or to long binding how ever can change the way your chest ist, maybe even making it to the point where getting top surgery is harder or even impossible Another thing is that binder not only cause damaged rips. They also cause shoulder, neck or back pain and that's definitely something caused by wearing to long (or wrong size but well)
I'm not a professional but well. I don't have a binder that's 100% safe, or even fitting me anymore so I kinda hat so collect many information on how i should actually bind. Also I don't really know what kind of binder Hinata has here but you said something with clips, right? That's actually an unsafe one since it doesn't spread the pressure equally as a regular one. This can definitely lead to a broken rip

This reminds me of when my friend got sent to the nurse for wearing they’re binder too long and proceeding to run in it, I told them “your not out to the school, + the larger roles might be semi rainbow capitalism but the smaller teachers definitely support, and it better for your safety” they didn’t listen

so uhm I'm a trans male and I play basketball. I don't use a binder instead I use trans tape! I love this vid so much!! but if your playing sports pls get a proper binder and NEVER where you binder to sleep. I never used a binder but trans tape the last for 5 days before having to change it and I can sleep with it one and get the tape wet so I can swim and stuff with out taking it of. Trans tape is accualy what I started binding with so I'm not sure if they make binders for sleeping in or if they make sports binders.

so uhm I'm a trans male and I play basketball. I don't use a binder instead I use trans tape! I love this vid so much!! but if your playing sports pls get a proper binder and NEVER where you binder to sleep. I never used a binder but trans tape the last for 5 days before having to change it and I can sleep with it one and get the tape wet so I can swim and stuff with out taking it of. Trans tape is accualy what I started binding with so I'm not sure if they make binders for sleeping in or if they make sports binders.
