The people who have the skill and ability to play this piece this well are few and far between as it is. Then, of those who have decent recording equipment, like here, is even rarer. This is indeed a beautiful and precious gem to be treasured. It's as if you can feel the emotion behind it.
I looked recently at this video on UA-cam (it is also on the LAGA site). And I noticed that the fingering starting at bar #10 was different from the other versions I have. It starts on string number 3 instead of on string number 4 in other versions. I found this choice of fingering interesting, and pleasurable to play, and I'm now very glad to have bought the score on the LAGA site.I like having music notation and tab at the same time. I can read music, but I appreciate to have the tab at the same time, especially for such a high level piece. I know it will take me a long time to be able to play this piece, but it now seems possible for me to begin to work on it, whereas with the other versions I have it was more or less only a meaningless wall of clutters of notes. Even though my playing level isn't very high, to be able to work on it is a pleasure in itself. Many thanks to M. Sabuncuoglu !
bought the sheet for this arrangement. It was amazing to finally be able to play this piece in its entirety after nearly 3 months of playing it everyday. Always humbling to watch Emre play this, this interpretation is flawless.
hugetits damn man that feeling must have been pretty fantastic, I'm yet to buy a classical guitar, at the moment I just have an acoustic steel string guitar, I want to learn classical music so bad
I can only think the 6th string is tuned down to D, because the tuning is driving my cat mad. I think a lot of people would benefit by having this explained, and my cat would be happier. Thanks.
Great video…Im going to learn this beautiful song as the way you are teaching…Thank you for such wonderful way to show me how to do it…..Best regards from Auckland in New Zealand…FRANK>
Danilo would benefit from learning that we are all at different skill levels and may find certain things to be more difficult than others may find them to be. Emphasis on that.
Gabe Hendlin Uhm my emphasis was on "that" the word not that - the whole comment. Like "it's not THAT difficult. I don't use my skill level as a scale, i'm putting it into perspective with other more difficult pieces.
Well played! I read that Tarrega didn't have fingernails, neither do I and I bought an esteve it sounds amazing. I can only play parts of this, it is impossible. My all time favorite guitar piece ever.
Beautiful playing! Thanks you. And excellent camera angle. Really lets us see the LH fingering and use of elbow to shift. That awareness seems very important for a piece that is so mobile on the fretboard. Well done
I am so glad I found your youtube account. Every piece you played was played fantastic. You have a very nice tone and your interpretations are just amazing. Keep uploading. (:
Perfect- I hate when people play it too fast just because they can. It's a beautifully melodic piece and should be played with heart and feeling, exactly as you do.
Thank you, everyone, for your kind words and continued support. We are thrilled to announce that sheet music for ALL our publications (including the recently released tab versions) are now available for purchase on our website, onlineguitaracademy.net/classical-guitar-sheet-music -LAGA
Videos like this make me wish youtube had a really like button, or a rating system with in my liked video list so I can keep the best music aside... oh well playlist it is.
You can do it.Its not impossible.I just learned Bach bwv 999,1005.Its seemed like an eternity to learn both of thouse songs but I used guitar tabs to learn both songs.Dont give up.
Maybe someday I'll relearn this song. I love it. My interpretation of this piece tells a story of a man on a camel - making his journey across a barren desert. He sees mirages momentarily and they bring a smile to his face. The piece ends with the man on his camel - standing in the horizon while their silhouettes appear before the bright and rising moon. As he stares into the coming night, he sees a glimmer of hope that salvation is near. The End.
¿Este tema para guitarra española de Tárrega el Capricho Árabe fue el utilizado en la Telenovela de las Mil y una noches? es una versión muy dulce y evocadora. me encanta.

Amazing and expressive. It seems like this guitarist plays every thing on earth !:)
Capricho Árabe is soo difficult to play. I am amazed with the performance. Thank you. Spanish classical guitar, I adore.
Alexei Volkov It's not that difficult. Emphasis on that.
Danilo would benefit from learning that we are all at different skill levels and may find certain things to be more difficult than others may find them to be. Emphasis on that.

Why does this channel never properly thank this man for his work? Not even in the "About" section does it mention his name.
ESPECTACULAR MÚSICA..... UNO SE REENCUENTRA A SI MISMO....
