True ting, Jah Shaka Sound System was one of the greatest Sound System anywhere in the world, in my
Younger days I use to go to his Dance under the Arches at
    Vauxhall just outside of Brixton,
Jah Shaka originally came from Clarendon Jamaica, build
And played his Sound System in the U.K. and played all around Europe, Jah Shaka only played dub and roots Reggae music, No disrespecting women and no violence, Shaka
Was a true Rastaman, he will be surely missed.

I remember the front line in the 1980’s. Everything has changed now, but I still live in the area.

Mighty Jah Shaka! I remember reading a quote from the man where he said if there is just a one or two he could save then it was all worthwhile. Humble and noble. Jah Works with lead set foundations. I wonder of that dub of very well is still for sale in tony shop

Nice history lesson of Dalston sides, and tribute to Shaka. I came up in Brixton and used to hear about Stokey and them sides up there. One or two times going to Cubies and Pheobies, but mainly kept to South. Nice seeing the old footage. Keep on keeping on with the channel!… ps none of my friends run UA-cam channels neither!… So it go!… Big Tingz ✊🏿

Yes Shaka stick to what he believe in: Roots & Cultural Reggae and Dub, even into the mid-80's when most other "Culture" sounds switch direction and go ina slackness, violence and clashing sound cussing dem 1 another pon vinyl and pon Mic and thing like that. Shaka never ina dem supm deh too tuff , let his music do the talking and thats why he can stand the test of time.

Mosiah is not a scripture name at all! Nowhere in the Holey Babble will you find the name Mosiah because it was an Iriginal name and title given to our Baba MARCUS Right Honorebel MOST HIGHER GARVEY by his parents who never lef out dem black African culture...
    None greater
