Have you ever used the b5 precision stock? I'm on the fence on the stock I'm going to get for my AR10 and Im close to buying the PRS light because the rifle is already a heafty girl and the original PRS is heavy
@@hopewilliams6705 I’ve handled one. The regular Magpul PRS is better. Honestly I’d just deal with the weight. Get a comfortable wide sling. Luth AR MBA stock is pretty decent. I’ve been using the Magpul PRS stocks since they first came out with the Gen 1 so I’m pretty comfortable using them. They are heavy but they are built like a tank and extremely adjustable. Nothing flimsy
100% agree. Was interesting in this until watching to video and figuring that out. Looks like I'll go with a FAB Defense RAPS stock or the Magpul PRS Gen3, but the full PRS Gen3 is super pricey for a stock.
The fact you have to use tools to adjust the height and length of pull is a huge drawback IMO. Feel like they could've made those easily tool-less adjustments without much, if any added cost to produce.
this didnt fit on my .308 from psa. the screw and plug hole are to far rearward, they are over the part of the slide where most stocks lock on for adjustability.
@@MichaelLopez-69 most of their sliding stocks will fit. I have a couple other that worked. But none of the fixed stocks will. Unless you buy a different buffer tube.
Can this be used without the piece of plastic in front of the front QD plug? I want to put one on my bolt action, but the extra large grip I use will run into that plastic piece. Thanks for any help.
I have one on a AR10. Pretty good. Regular PRS is still my favorite.
It would be nice if you didn’t have to use multiple wrenches to adjust it.

If the comb height screw is “righty tighty, lefty loosey” then it isn’t reverse threaded ha.

I Need a replacement QD screw. Where do I get one?

adjustment slide is what i was trying to say. you can visibly see the adjustment slide inside of the plug/screw hole.
@@NovaDust94I had the same problem with my Psa did you find a replacement that fit?

What qd type do I need for the rear QD slot?
Same question. 👍🏼

Is the AR15 included in the box?
Yes
It should be under the instructions manual
Rifle length/ A5 receiver extension compatable I assume?
I guess not rifle length. Just carbine and A5 is what I heard him say in the video.
Remember having a sticker in the box
Wow
Where are sling attachment points and how do you attach sling at these points?
does this not work with a full (riffle) length buffer tube? is there a piece i'm missing? it's to short.
No, not on the M16 style buffer tube. They complete circular
