i saw paul play with the harlem globetrotters in 2013 at the motorpoint arena in cardiff. all the players notoriously have their own nicknames, paul's was "tiny". after the game, the players line up toward the exit to sign merch and take photos. i was about 5'11" at the time and quite a bit taller than the kids around me so i didn't want to push to the front for a photo and to get my basketball signed. i think paul must have noticed this though because he reached over like 9 kids, took the basketball off me with one hand like i was passing him a tennis ball, signed it then passed it back to me. they all seemed like great guys but i won't forget that moment.
I'm 6ft 7 as well but people don't pay attention to it anymore now that I'm adult. Those 7-footers on the other hand are something else, they will catch anybody's eye.

There were always people taller than me in school, in college. Now there's lots of people at work that are taller than me.
