My negligence towards such questions ruined my interview. 😭😭😭 I blew the only chance to secure a permanent job.

Batho Pele Principles are the minimum guidelines on what national and provincial government departments should implement. Meaning government departments may also elect to include other principles/ service standards to supplement these guidelines. For example; in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government, they have an additional two principles, being: - Encouraging Innovation and Rewarding Excellence. - Customer Impact.
Thanks for engaging. It does appear that the government can do a lot to improve "Access" to government services and improve their effort in making such services easy for the public to benefit from.

They need to adhere to this. Ministers should be made to swear to adhere when sworn in.

There are 8 Batho Pele Principles. So you can mention 5 of the 8 Principles discussed in the video.
