I have stayed many nights in a room just like yours on other Princess ships very similar to Diamond. I love the burgers on Lido deck. Fries are always great. I agree. I eat it almost every day for lunch. Great to see you win at roulette. It is fun to browse the wall with all the plaques of where the ship has been in the world. Fettuccine Alfredo is always one of my favorites. Ended with a beautiful sunset which is always free.

This look like a fun trip. I didn't know they had Princess Cruise lines in Japan. I imagine that's very Western for Japan. It's so different from watching your ferry trips. I am certain if I ever come to visit Japan I will definitely take a ferry trip. Thank you for the video experience.

Lovely video , I went on a Princess cruise last year from the UK to USA on the Sky Princess, it was indeed brilliant, great value, beautiful ship , fantastic food , friendly and amenable crew 👍
Never been on the Diamond Princess, but her sister ship the Sapphire Princess is easily my favorite Princess ship I've been on (I spent ten days aboard in Mexico last year.) I know Diamond has been modified to some extent to be more accommodating to Asian cruisers, but haven't really seen all the changes.
The dice table is for a game called “craps.” You take two dice, shake them then throw them. Whatever number comes up determines if you win or lost your bet. You can also bets on the dice throws of others.
Every time I see this ship, it reminds of uk guy who got the nickname called diamond Dave. Whole cruise ship was quarantined at the beginning of Covid, he was on bbc news.
It looked so amazing. Much better than I expected. You keep saying that the food is “free of charge”, however don’t forget you’ve paid for it when you bought your ticket. I always laugh when I see you’ve blurred your reflection too. You missed one though! 😂 EDIT: I recognise the song they are singing on the TV at the end of the video. It’s the music from that Japanese show where they send small children out to the shops or on errands alone. It’s a cute show and could not exist anywhere else except Japan.
The mysterious yellow rice is basmati rice meant to be eaten with the I thinking its fish curry. And I have sat on the Diamond Princess to Vietnam good ship
I'll go on this ship under one condition.....that is the Kobe and A5 Wagyu beef goes on the buffet menu. No restrictions. No hidden charges. Eat as many as you want. Lol
Almost could feel myself on the ship too. It has been awhile. Yes, please eat foods you might not try again. Alfredo pasta is a favorite around here - with chicken too. Had my first taste of Sushi on a cruise because it didn’t cost me extra. On our cruise, got to have 2 lobster tails which was something I rarely ate. It didn’t cost extra. Glad you tried the lamb. Looking forward to the 2nd video!.
Cruising in Japan is the ultimate destination for me. But it will also cost a lot for cruise, hotel, and airfare because I am from the US. I have cruised on Sapphire Princess to Mexico before and which is exactly like the Diamond Princess. They are the rare ships that were built in Japan by Mitsubishi. Also I like to point out that all the princess ships are owned by Carnival Corporation (big joint company of US and UK) and all their ships are registered to either Panama or Bahamas. And thank you for sharing your cruise experience.

Diamond is the most impressive Princess. Better foods, better services and better onboard programs. We sail the Spring for flowering season, in the Summer for the festivals and the Fall for the spectacular foliage.

船旅は、最高の贅沢な旅やからね。
船内の基本構造は、装飾品と設備が凄いだけで、フェリーとそないに遜色は無いんですね。
バイキングも、外国人が多いせいか、取り散らかさず、ネタも綺麗と思いました。
船旅動画で、高い部屋ばかり使う人が居て現実感が無いけど、ITSUKAさんが上げると価値観がちゃうし、偶にはと思う現実感もあるわ。
エエなぁ…、羨ましい。

I was lucky enough to be on two Princess cruises: 2008 in Alaska, and 2019 to Western Mexico (Acapulco, Mazitlan and Puerto Vallarta).
