Iliya, Thank you so much for all of these educational content brother. I finished all of your videos! I will finish one more time the ''creating a plan'' series with takin notes and I will be starting to watch and comment regularly your weekly outlooks! THANK YOU MATE, you are the best!! I am so looking forward to have your course. Cheers :))!!
This is the best informative video I have seen in the last 2 years. Awesome...Thanks for the content...want to join he mentorship program, but is costly for me.
I am really happy you loved the material so much, Kiran! Yes, the private program I offer is costly, but it's the best investment you will make in yourself for advancing further in your trading career!! Send me an email at support@tradingfanatic.com if you wish to get a Discount!
You have to put in a little bit of work and get to know it! I don't use the indicators anymore, because the charts always show the correlation and it's usually the basic correlation rules (DXY vs EU, etc.).
Sir,Do you recommend pairs trading using forex( say EUR/JPY & GBP/JPY OR AUD/USD & NZD/USD)--correlations are 90% and that gives solid staying power & sharply cuts down draw downs. Buy underpriced pair & sell overpriced pair(say using 14 period RSI on 4H charts)? And there are lots of such pairs with 90%/80% correlations--and ALSO that would sharply cut down accounts blow ups even for new traders.
This is just superb, I have been researching "lw trading" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Sonatthew Trading Tachypneic - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got great success with it.
Hi sir new subs here! I just want to clarify, For example on EURUSD is 82 (BUY) then the GBPJPY is -78. meaning I choose only 1 pair? if I buy EU or sell GJ? I cant trade same this pairs?
You can trade both pairs, just make sure to not take a BUY on both of them, because the correlation says they are negatively correlated. Correlation is good only when you decide between trading two pairs and deciding which one to take or in which direction. I'd say don't pay too much attention to correlation in your trading.
@@TradingFanatic thanks, sir! but for the time sir, I use Daily for Correlation and entry is H4 or H1, Im just thinking for example today Aug 12, i need to entry today only? and wait for confirmation? and daily the correlation is changing?
Well it depends... If you trade correlated pairs, doesn't matter positive or negative, you might lose if you take both trades and they go against you...
Thank you fr this wonderful video... I appreciate it but i was wondering how to use for short term trades...i trade in the 15 timeframe , How can i incorporate it into my trading. I would appreciate an answer.
You are welcome bro! Well, do you solely analyze on the 15M? Without looking at 1H,4H? Because if you do, then it's of no use. But most strategies consist of analyzing the Higher TF bias and sentiment and then pinpointing an entry on the 15M. So, you can use that just to see what is the overall sentiment and then use that sentiment to get a sniper entry!
Hey! Not really for strength. It just shows you which pairs move in the opposite or same direction. For strength you can use a currency strength meter!
Try this one: www.fxstreet.com/technical-analysis/intermarket/correlation Also, check my most recent video on correlation. It's an updated version! Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/kPclx3EeUFY/v-deo.html
Yes, it is correlated to the pairs you have indicated, but keep in mind that GBPCAD is a combination of GBPUSD and USDCAD. So make sure to watch out for the strength/weakness of CAD, rather than the GBPs.
@@TradingFanatic ok..so here if USDCAD goes up side movement so GBPCAD will go down side or it will also go up side??? thats a big confusion for me..because in GBPCAD i understanding that when GBPUSD or GBPJPY will move any direction so for GBPCAD , GBP will move same direction but what about CAD??because most time USDCAD pair work opposite to GBPUSD so how complete GBPCAD will move???? for another pair like GBPCHF how will move according to CHFJPY???because here GBPJPY and CHFJPY will move in same direction but what about GBPCHF?
That's because of USDJPY. JPY pairs usually move differently than the USD pairs, because the JPY is a very special currency. You willl find that XXX/JPY pairs will usually move in the direction of USD/JPY.
Thank you so much, Joseph! I really appreciate the thoughts and really happy that you found it valuable, although this video was made soooo long ago! Thank you!

hey i would like to ask ,does spread n leverage influence risk %? n u end up loosing more than u calculated ?
Yes, that is totally true. Leverage no, but spread and commissions take away from your profit OR make your losses bigger. That's normal.
Thanks.....
So if they are both daily setups , do u look at the weekly?
This was helpful. Many thanks!
So happy it was!
