The pavers will eventually sink into the ground. You have to put down pea stone and sand before the pavers to keep them from sinking.
That Goya should be a little clearer though..,,it should say rice premixed with seasonings….

That's a great idea! He could drill holes at the bottom of a plastic storage bin and add gravel at the bottom for drainage to get started. Oh and set it on a base with wheels in case he needs to move it.
