Why do we look so good Nadia, Dina still looks young enough she is nearly 62. It’s your 🧬 that make you young looking.
All stress, makeup etc from era to era has not really changed. But isn’t good to cake a skin that needs to breath.
A good oil doesn’t penetrate deep so is a good barrier to preserve the moisture in one’s skin, because of what we abuse our skin of , from inside out. By dehydration.
We also now know what we put on our skin we also consume.
We all know plump skin is leased wrinkled 😊

That is the only way to economise by cooking from scratch… processed foods are sooo expensive x

I am really into nutrition and health. I live on a high fats and low carb/ no sugar diet, im a pescatarian and will have salmon mainly once a week. I only eat berries when it comes to fruit. which is the only part people struggle to not criticise lol but a year after starting this i tried a peice of normal dairy chocolate and my god it was far too sweet i couldnt believe it. I used to eat it all the time. I never feel horrible full even tho i eat as much as i want, if i am hungry, i eat, but the high fats keep me feeling full and saturated. I eat a dark chocolate which is completely sugar free , and it kicks that chocolate craving with only a few squares. To start with it tastes extremely bitter but i got used to it now, and often i melt it adding a bit of cream or a healthy sweetener or (my fave) is to eat it with bluberries. I like to use almond flour or ground almonds for baking. I dont measure or weigh but im extremely intune with my body and use instinct to know what food im craving and what that means my body needs nutritionally. :) Love you guys and have a good day. Im big on balanced diet but with the prices of everything going up eating healthy is very expensive. We have various allegies in the house too, dairy, nuts various fruit allergies. Make life interesting lol

Hi Nadia and Dina i have a food currency I can’t have onions, some herbs and some garlic my ibs problem please can you help me some food ideas thank you
Yes. A very close friend can’t eat any garlic onions or leeks because they irritate her gut. She overcomes this by putting garlic in olive oil to flavour the oil. She also adds the Indian spice asafoetida which can give a garlic flavour xxx
