Love this band so so much too. Do you know song called "Nothing help"? ua-cam.com/video/9tPiseIeQ9M/v-deo.html This song is about how they achieved and get their fame without any exposure to media but with just their live performance. Taka was so against to Media because his parents are famous Japanese singer and knew how Media sucks sometimes. I love how they break their own path by themselves. Please react to this live version when you have time thanks!
Awe, I was jus thinking they need some sorda rep to expose them because they are so underrated, like for real…IDK how this band got me wrapped around their fingers…just found them like around 2.5 months…and I never ever liked metal, all dat screaming and stuff…now one of my favorite song, although not heavy is Cry Out 🤦🏻♀️…and I listen to their music every fricken day 😳
I had seen this MV before and thought it was rather strange. Didn't understand the two people with their strange movements. Taka had his black finger nails back then and now has it for Make It Out Alive. Taka would have been 19 during this MV. There were extras for their Yononaka Shredder concert video. I have seen footage on UA-cam of the making of Etcetera. It is really funny because Taka is hanging in the air because for the MV, he is flying around. He is in a harness and it is kind of tight by his crotch so he was complaining and everybody else was just laughing. They mention it in the MV for Save Yourself because they were suspended by wires in that MV too. Love that you are covering their progress towards how big they are now. After Alex left, they had to decide whether they would get another guitarist but Toru practiced really hard so he would be the sole guitarist. They didn't think of bringing in someone else to take Alex's place because they thought the chemistry of the 4 of them was perfect. And look at them now!
I saw it for the first time. Thank you for the fun video. Through their efforts one by one, OOR is what it is today. By the way, Taka looks like his mother Masako Mori 😊❤
Wow! This is the first time I've seen this MV. Taka is so cool and his voice has always been awesome!❤ John, thank you so much for your support to Japan!!! And your friends Roscoe, Luke...🙏
Thank you John! its my first time seeing this mv. I know the song tho because its their all time best tracks in my playlist. I have only seen the MV for KEEP IT REAL at the same age as this one. Find the Mv for Keep It Real, John, you have to look out for something inside the mv that is interesting and you will know what i mean 😄😄💪🏻💪🏻🔥🔥
Thank you for finding this video! I'm a Japanese fan, but I've never seen it! Your reaction when you saw young TAKA was the same as mine 😂 I'm Japanese, so of course I've seen him back then, but I can't help but smile at how young he looks when he sings so cool in the music video. Still, I'm surprised that current OOR is as aggressive as it was back then!
I've been listened to their music since 2008 and I've never seen this music video either haha. Thanks for the reaction sir! Always enjoy ur reactions and hope u can release more videos about them. :D
I just started to listen to One OK Rock, the live action Rurouni Kenshin uses quite a few of their songs. This reminds me of some of the music from Initial D. We seem to be on an anime theme tonight. Have you ever checked out Cowboy Bebop? It's sort of Jazz/Blues themed. The writer or director of Cowboy Bebop also did two other anime series that were themed around different genres of music.
I’m super excited for this journey. There are music videos for Et cetera and Yume Yume as well, plus Keep it real (the song). It’s such fun to see them at where they started!
in this mv taka and toru are 18 years, ryota 17 and tomoya 19 😂. they are just a kid with so much passion

The fifth member is name is Alex. The reason he no longer part of the band is cuz he got kick out for doing something bad. I forgot what it was
He touched a girls leg while being drunk in an early morning subway
Ah, thanks for confirming what he did.
