I can't report ibispaint website error on website because the report thing isn't working. So I am writing here. There's an inconsistency in your tutorial section, specifically Part 44: Layer: Folder move/transform. In the subsection about the rasterization dialog box, there is a contradiction regarding the "No" option. The tutorial states that vector/adjustment layers will be rasterized if "No" is selected, but it also states the opposite. Fix it.
Once the app is unistalled then your art is gone, sorry to inform you but you should keep your art saved on multiple places, i personally like to save them on a usb drive, but others choose art sites and that works too i guess
