There's a mod that has an item similar to this I think and you can work it up to crazy brim levels and it's based on Homestuck too (figured you were referring to that as a base)

Angel Of Bethlehem.
'Eternal Guidance'
Using 'The Bible' while star of bethlehem is in the room will turn Star Of Bethlehem into Angel Of Bethlehem. (Make the item emit a glow then turn it into Angel Of Bethlehem that would be mega cool)
Angel Of Bethlehem adds a 10% chance to spawn an angel instead of a tear that shoots revelation tears in either the Cardinal directions (For Gabriel) or the Ordinal directions (For Uriel). Make them have a red or blue robes that would be mongo gongo.
The Angel also has a Star Of Bethlehem radius (Tear multiplier for the Uriel [the blue one] and Damage multiplier for Gabriel [the red one]).

I have an idea for a quality 5 item!
Conjoined demons
Unlock condition: Use box of friends on twisted pair.
Effect: Has three demon babies oribiting you, them being a succubus, incubus, and twisted pair. The succubus now always grants you a 2x damage and 1.5x tear rate multiplier, the incubus now has a passive inner eye effect, and the twisted pair will now have a passive 20/20 effect, all while still letting you shoot normally.
These babies are affected by bffs and forgotten lullaby as well :)
Would love to see this item with some tear splitting items like parasite and crickets body!❤

New item idea: surprise cake, you get it by using a d100 on fruit cake. It gives a chance for a d100 effect to randomly happen whenever isaac shoots a tear.

I have an idea for an item:
Emotional Lability (quality 3)
Desc: Can't stop crying
instead of shooting regular tears, isaac shoots haemolacria type tears, but they are small-sized with a rapid tear rate. The shots dont explode into smaller tears like haemo does, the range is severly reduced (it will be similar to regular cain's range but a tiny bit smaller) you could use your imagination for synergies
On pickup:
x0.5 damage multiplier
x2 fire rate multiplier
x0.8 tear size multiplier

Idk its sizzling to me, not great by its self but great for synergies. Now lower the damage down and that would be good. If it did split tears it would be nice to only have those tears be percent based and have those do reduced damage. Like a tear has a 25% chance to split and do half damage

@@lamp8707 it's a range+damage down with haemo shots that don't split, that sounds worse than cursed eye.
Remove the range down and reduce the damage down at the bare minimum.

Fun interaction I came across: If you start the challenge and use the 'rewind' command in the console before walking out of the starting room, esau disappears and you have to go through the challenge with just jacob. It's pretty difficult, I recommend it 👍

Kids are the best source of opinion because they lack self control. A kid is going to say EXACTLY what is on their mind. Some kids are a bit different than others but most kids will just plainly and bluntly say what they want. If even children are railing on the Minecraft movie... it's probably because that movie is stinky. It's astounding to me really why they didn't just 3D animate Steve and the main cast, put Jack Black and Jason Mamoa and all as voice actors and called it there. All that money spent on the CGI for the world, could have just been done as a 3D animated movie entirely and then you wouldn't have to work on costume development and all that. Instead all we got is Jack Black in a blue shirt and Jason Mamoa looking kinda like Prince Adam He-Man. The Piglins look kinda poopy and the rest of the assets could honestly have been done better considering the budget. This movie is just going to be a meme, I'm calling it.

Try the reroll dice set! It adds different dices that reroll from different pools, but have chance of despawning the item.

17:40 when you have Options?, you can open the bomb chests and the other option won't go away, so you can take both. to my knowledge, this only applies if one of them is a stone chest. Additionally, when you take the other thing, the stone chest itself will disappear, but the stuff in it won't (not sure about if it's an item tho, i haven't experienced that yet)

Brittle bones is a godlike item, imo. I usually just sacrifice all but 1 bone heart (or all of them if I'm on a no red hearts character) to get that massive tears up that goes beyond the tear cap.

New item idea i have is actually a trinket there's a poop trinket but there's no fire trinket works like the petrified poop but for all fires but it has a transformation to an item after geting it geting damaged by normal red blue and the white fire turn it to a quality 3 that keep the luck but all fires are treated as a red fire and shoot at enemies and all boss rooms spawn at least one fire
