Okay, so I was eating hot sauce and chips with milk(Because that cools it down)and the way that works is the proteins that make you think your mouth is hot are waxy, so you can't normally wash them down. Now MILK has a protein that surrounds the hot one, so that means you can take another swig after the initial one with milk to wash it down. Now, I laughed with milk in my mouth, so that essentially means that...I had extra-spicy hotsauce in my nose after this video.
