We, the overseas Vietnamese, are shocked by the local Vietnamese littering habits. South Vietnamese before the communist takeover in 1975 didn't litter as bad. Back then, only the least educated people littered. Now, the entire country litter including government officials. I was shocked when I was touring around with them, and I had to catch a piece of trash of one official, put it in my pocket, and threw it in a trash bin later. I admire Japanese discipline of anti-littering, and wish Vietnam would restore its once-proud culture like that. Your vlog is very interesting.
