"Because I have become a hack I will send u the whole section that pertains to u,” Thrush writes to Podesta. “Please don’t share or tell anyone I did this Tell me if I f****d up anything.”
Was Thrush simply doing his due diligence in fact-checking a complex story in a quest for verification? That argument can be made, yes. An argument can also be made that Thrush should have sent specific questions on what needed to be answered separately instead of the entire section of the column.”*

I agree that important lessons can be learned from hacked emails. However, what is your stance on illegal search in seizure? Because an illegal hack of a private email account is the same as a cop illegally searching a vehicle. If a cop illegally searches your or your vehicle and finds something incriminating to charge you on, should that be legal? Because it is the same thing.

Erm they do. Well, perhaps not the police but once it goes to court. How else would you or your council defend you? The defence must be aware of any evidence being used by the prosecution.
Full access, meaning the defendant is permitted to doctor up some of the evidence to make it less incriminating.
