Before starting, make sure you have Ed or JP as masters and equip at least one of their Super Arts.
You also need to find Lee for the busybody quest imgur.com/LFSVyLC
His 4up item is a Carrot. 5up is the Globe (Merchant in lab)
1. To trigger the Bison quest you will need to beat ”The Psycho Power Experiment“ “The Busybody Decoy” and then “into the Shadows of Shadaloo”
2. Go to Nayshall Market (Day). Talk to the Witnesses and follow the questline markers. You will take 3 photos of animals.
3. Go to Mount Valshal (Night) to find Bison's horse.
4. Return to Metro City (Day) to meet with Fang Fei
5. Go to Suval'hal Arena Entrance on Mount Valshal (Night) to talk with the Doll. This is where you will need the Ed/JP super arts. JP is located nearby if you need to grab that.
6. Enroll with Bison and you can find some familiar people for an extra part I didn't want to spoil :)

Technically speaking, when the first Darkstalkers game was in development she was originally supposed to be a Vampire but than the American team said why not make her a Succubus instead and that not only sparked the Succubus we all know and love from Capcom but also a bunch of hentai movies and games which in some way shape or form involves at least 1 Succubus as an enemy, ally, or random background character with no relevance

But I think they really took inspiration from RAOH! I see him as a villain that changed from the last time! He’s Still a villain, but one who’s more honorable and wiser than before! I think this is the best version of BISON I’ve ever seen in the series….
That makes me like him less. Being honorable means u have less 2 fear from the person becuz they wont got to the extreme

I really like Bison now, even though before I never liked him. Bison now looks much sexier. Bison, which used to always be stocky, rather fat, with very large thighs, now looks slimmer, thighs are not so fat anymore, looks stocky, the face is more handsome, dashing & dignified.

No, they are completely different things. Satsui no Hado is related to the Power of Nothingness. Psycho Power is related to Soul Power. Check the Street Fighter Fandom page for more information.

Yeah the main villain of SF6 is a new one but he is still associated with bison apparently
Like come on Capcom, you had multiple main villains in resident evil games despite wesker and umbrella being the ones who more or less were the main antagonists
But at least you had a consistent new antagonists some not even associated or part of umbrella and such
Devil may cry is understandable being that way but still SF needs a new antagonist that does not somehow involve bison
Imagine if Nintendo stopped making Super Mario games where Bowser is the main antagonist. They can't, because Bowser is too iconic to let go. The same applies with Bison in Street Fighter, Wesker in Resident Evil, Sigma in Mega Man X, Ganon(dorf) in The Legend of Zelda, etc.

So Bison really didn't die or changed at all, it was all meaningless. Bro still wants to rule the world like he still wanted before, but now he has a horse. Amazing.
I think he did die, but Psycho Power kept his ghost (Phantom Bison) roaming around until it could rebuild. Apparently Bison is now an undead revenant version of himself. If you look closely to how he fights in gameplay, you can tell he has power continence problems he never had in any past game.

That’s his original Japanese name. The American localization changed it because M.Bison was originally the boxer character based on Mike Tyson, and they didn’t want to have any legal trouble with Tyson.
Their names got swapped around because Balrog was called M.Bison and didn't want any trouble with Mike Tyson.
Here's there English names and original Japanese names.
M.Bison(ENG)-Vega(JPN), Vega(ENG)-Balrog(JPN), Balrog(ENG)-M.Bison(JPN)
M. Bison's birth name is simply Vega.
Vega's birth name is Balrog Fabio La Cerda.
Balrog's birth name is Michael Terrell Bison.
