Reminds me of a time in india when things were more laid back😊. We used to travel in a coupe and now i am feeling nostalgic due to those childhood memories!!
My mother's family was from Gujranwala. Thanks for giving us a glimpse of the land of our ancestors.

The station, though old, looks beautiful and the cabin was excellent. Very spacious interior, extremely broad seats and a private restroom as well. The wooden interior also looked good. Ignore haters. Even by modern Indian Railway first class standards, this cabin was excellent. The restroom though was not shown, so I reserve judgement on that.

As per my opinion, the station architecture is old yet authentic and beautiful. And train coach is really spacious though. Loved the train services
Gujranwala railway station ki architecture reminded me of my village home ki chaupal/ baithakhana, with it's not so high round arched ways.
Memories of some good old times, thanks for sharing, these are better than tall glass and almunium buildings of big cities.

Impressive building in Gujranwala and the train looked clean too, considering the cash strapped Pak railways. British had good aesthetic taste in architecture.

Facilities wise toh khass nhi h but I love the architecture and sukoon of the station.....and thoda upgrade toh krna chaiye....but overall I like Gujranwala one of my FB frnd from the Gujranwala

Karachi circular railway ka coach Lahore me kya kar raha hai?! Saw 2 coaches in the train passing by when you were about to reach Lahore.
Infrastructure is very very poor of pak railways. Gunjarawala type station INDIA ke district hi nahi.. Tehsil ya kasbe me bhi ese hi hote hai.. Balki isse behtar hi honge... Ha safail and cleanliness k mamle me thode thik ho sakte hai.. But infrastructure is really very poor of pak railways.

Trains look good only .. never understood whats the issue .. I can understand tht the scale at which the 2 work, the Indian and Pakistani railway, is hugely different but still based on the usage of the 2 railways i think its all good mate .. and people have adapted I guess .. it's all good ... though the platform was totally empty .. tht was odd .. cud be coz people don't use the rails as much there ..
