Hey guys - tested positive for COVID immediately after recording this video... womp... I guess it's pretty unavoidable at this point, eh? Holding up ok but debated even putting this one out if I'm honest. Felt like the energy level/quality wasn't super great. Hopefully some of you enjoyed it nonetheless. What I like about investing in crit damage is that it's the only stat you get in the Great Hall which cannot be glyphed.
Good point. Gonna head there once I'm done with Max Acc on that somewhere I chose, so I could get Arbiter, which I'm still far away from. Regardless, great idea!
Definitely...Max Crit dmg for ur arena nuker/ideally same if same affinity with CB dps..i use hurndig and draco both of them benefit from 1 GH bonuses...now im 3/4 max resist

As always, nice video Ash! Helped me a lot on where to focus on my great hall. Now i just have to stop being so bad at this game and at least hit gold 1 to finish tier 3 missions. Oh and get well soon! Hope you have a nice and fast recovery!

Great Flemenco intro! You are totally right about not wanting to push plat at 3 am, the game times advantages people in the east. It's the same for CvC where they start during our night and it ends during our night too meaning they have 3 days of play during the CvC and we have 2. Also speaking of arena, I've dropped from gold 3 to barely hanging in gold 1 and I'm not the only one that noticed this. This makes getting the Arbiter mission almost impossible until I can beat those Arbiter, Krisk, Sir Nic and other stron teams...
Accuracy first for sure imo. Builds get WAY easier once you start off with + 80 accuracy
be good to have a Great Hall Reset option ! 1000Gems for a reset ! scaling up each time you do it so next would be 3000Gems 6000Gems ect ect !
I'm lev 52 and the opponents I'm facing are 60-70. I used to end up in silver 4 while grinding GH, now I can barely push silver 3. Give the whales and super krakens platinum+ so I can get into gold for Arbiter push

Same . Refresh (in gold 1) 4-6 teams have an arbiter as leader. In 2 days I will be stuck 60 days on the get in to gold 2 quest.
Thats how they want it for the arena. Whats the point of giving f2p an arbiter that easily.

I'm super early game but my Arena team is Genbo as my speed lead, Suzerain Katonn as my debuffer, Athel as my nuker, and my flex spot is Tatura for the Block Debuffs, Increase DEF and Perfect Veil. I've been consistently beating teams that are 20k power or more higher than my team. Seems to be a good setup.
Genbo should be your nuker tbh
@@hianxiety8953 Maybe when I get him to 6 star and in better gear. Right now he doesn't do anywhere near the damage that Athel does.
Get well soon!! Ash, before the pandemic I us to sing at church and when ever I got a soar throat I would make a sage tea it literally tastes like dirt but you voice will get a lot better.

I wish they had a system where you could reset your hall for a price kind of like they do for masteries. I started upgrading things before i knew what was important.
sure, but doesn't really make total sense, since the goal is to max out the great hall - not at all similar to masteries
The price will be a penalty of 50% of your total medals earned.
@@Omega-lu9nr true but early on in the game id like to prioritize different stats than the ones i have but yes eventually a fully maxxed great hall is the goal
tbh as someone who recently found ya you are very straightforward and I appreciate that more then the constant High energy no one can always do that. I was curious if theres a way to get some specific pointers on how to progress I am making progress after watching your videos but feel like I'm missing something but idk if you even do something like that. Keep up the awesome content
I wanted to say in response to your comment about not being able to get any value from Arena now that the GH is completed but now that it’s done, wouldn’t stacking gold for buying Void Shards or the Unique Bazaar Accesories, which I figured would be of some value. Granted I agree that for the end game players there should be additional rewards that you can earn or use that gold for in the game. I would love to see a token conversion system incorporated & fleshed out more. So that Gold can be swapped out for more of Life Tokens, Tag Team Tokens (if grinding for those Voids) etc. This is an area that needs massive work especially the Life Tokens & those champions offered is no where near the value of what you have to sacrifice to get them imo.
So I do think there is still some value left in Arena. Hopefully Raid will rollout more uses for Gold & add new accessories or unique champions, unique gear, etc. possibles are quite literally endless
Ty :) that helps. Putting a team together for fun Seeker, Criodan, Skullsworn, and Boughsmith. Might put in Templar for Seeker to get the higher res. Hopefully this help against Armanz in the future.

With as broken as arena is, it would take about 3-4 years to max Great Hall... unless you can afford to spend hundreds of dollars a month, or week 😒 I'm a level 66 account with my best team at 160ish power, and 90% of the opponents I get are level 80+ and 200+ power, that's in gold 1 !!

Found this useful. I had been trying to max one of my hall for the Arbiter missions. However, I pulled her so she would be a dupe Arbiter now. Probably better off following this Hall progression more now.
For any new player I would suggest working towards getting 2 level 4 and 1 level 7 as soon as they start playing arena. It will save them so much time working towards those 2 goals will take out months of grinding for Arbiter

there is one thing i would change in this and that is that in the beginning you should do attack once in all categories except void as it is a early arena challenge quest and in the beginning the great hall can be slow

I wish they had a way to reset great hall attributes, at the cost of gems for example. I am stuck on the arbiter missions, and pushing arena to farm great hall is very difficult/inefficient with my account less than 90 days old. I messed up and assigned a bunch of attributes randomly when I first started. Thanks Ash! Been watching since early Clash Royal days.
I feel that arena has gotten to hard again. What do you think? I was in gold 4 forever, now I'm fighting to stay in gold 3.

I have a vid idea for ya whaen youre back on your feet (if you havnt done it already that is) I have a early to mid game acc and i have a lvl 50 Valla i used in a lower end Scarab king and she was a beast, may be able to solo so i figured since shes a fairly common champ that people have and im sure you prolly have her maxed right?!?!? haha might be a cool vid for the lower spenders that have Valla chillin in the vault. Just a thought anyway shes pretty beast for Scarab, Feel better bro!

The best way to Build Great Hall is Start with the Right and then work your way to the Left. Accuracy first then Resist then Crit Damage, then Defense, HP, Then Attack!.

When I started Great Hall, I prioritized Accuracy and Resist. Now that I have everything at least Silver, I’ve switched over to prioritizing Crit Damage for upgrading to Gold. With Perception Gear, it’s become much easier for me to get Accuracy on Champs. I feel I’m getting more now for Crit Damage.
One thing to consider is the arbiter missions require you to get 3 to 5, then 1 to lvl 7, and then one to level 10. Doing them all together would make it too long yo get her

I wouldn’t focus on more than one until you’re done with the arbiter missions that need certain levels obtained, so you don’t delay your progress.

Quicx question for anyone in this thread (or whatever) really but should I use gold tokens or badges for everything in great hall or try to stay in copper until i have all the lvls for that bought then move to silve ect??
I've been playing for a over a year but still feel like a new player half the time, alot of areas in the game I'm just not doing as well as I feel I should an still growing an learning as i go

What are your thoughts on doing HP ahead of defense since the support champs shields and heals are based of HP and so many masteries; gear; etc have ignore def incorporated. I feel like you get more bang for your buck by beefing up HP more.

Wondering if this would still be relevant in 2024 or if things have changed in either how you would build first or how you would level them up.
I didn't put too much thought into the Great Hall process; I just dumped everything into Accuracy since about 95% of champions uses it to some degree or another. Looking back at it, I probably should have spread it out a bit more into HP and defense which I'll probably start doing now.

Ash sorry to hear about covid. Hope you can make it your bee-oitch. I don't agree with the way you said to upgrade the hall. Short explanation, Arbiter missions. Long explanation, you need a few maxed hall bonuses to get through some of the missions. I would suggest working on one at a time until you have three maxed (maybe more, but I'm at the mission where you need three). Obviously if I maxed out one with bronze and was still in bronze arena I would move to another. Same goes for silver....... but I think the goal should be to max one at a time because of Arbiter missions.
