This was one of the most calming, effective sessions I've had. I've really come to enjoy wall yoga and exercises; as some who has CP, it allows me to target the right areas and have support where the CP puts me out of alignment with the traditional poses.
I love wall yoga and this yin class was super wall focused unlike quite a few other wall aided yin classes I've tried out on YT. Thank you for sharing, I'd love to see another with maybe a few more variations thrown in
This class is a great excercise for the legs and hips.. Some of the normal Yin poses, like the frog, are performed against the wall and that makese a difference which is not subtle at all. Highly recommended!
This was amazing. I did half shoelace on the left to have more strectch and touched the ground in snail and loved the half saddle my feet touched my buttocks as in dragon hold its tail. Thx 😍🤩😍
