Very nice meal apart from the fois gras course, that made me feel a little uncomfortable because of the way it’s produced. Also the wine glass consome was a new way to me of presenting the soup part of the meal

I know its a tiny prawn but putting it on the heat alive is horrible 😢 They should be unalive before cooking
