@@brettmack I sued the NYT for defamation. I wish I could have done what Dave did. I admire it and what he’s doing. The comment I replied to was against that this is how everyone should respond to untrue allegations. People who have no platform can’t do what he did and if they do they won’t have legal recourse. I was suicidal after the article about me came out in the NYT - there is no one who has more empathy for Dave in this situation than I do - so kindly GFY.
The point is if you have an allegation against you that is untrue, you don’t tuck your tail and run. You publicly address it.

this is how you act when you are being accused of something you did not do , I've never understood why when people get accused of rape or sexual offenses and stay quiet if you are innocent you should be doing exactly what Dave is .
