Love this video & the Mediterranean culture it highlights. My grandfather was born in this city and I've always wanted to visit. I may go this summer.

My grandparents on my father's side came from Komiza and I've been lucky enough to travel there with my family twice in my life. The first time was in 1972 when I was very young and then more recently in 2014. Vis is a beautiful island and I feel a strong affinity for it. Even though I wasn't born there I certainly wish I could split time there like some of the folks in this video. I will definitely go back for a visit whenever I can.

Are there any Croatian cultural festivals/gatherings in Pedro? I would love to eat some cevapi and hear some good music.

The Croatian-American Club in San Pedro has a Croatian celebration on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
