SOMEWHERE around 2005-2006 I think Iwas working at Meineke muffler shop and when I pulled this one customers car in the shop TAKE 6 was in her cassett player. I was just blown away. I know I wasnt supposed to mess with customers property but I could not help my self. I pulled the cassette out and played it in my cassette player in the shop. After doing the repair on her car I put the cassette back. When she came back I told her what I had done and hoped that she wouldnt be mad.She realy suprised me and gave me the cassette. to that LADY thank you so much. II was having a lot of problems at that time and what you did for me that day was a real blessing and that music and your kindness made all the differince. That's cool. My mother did something similar by giving a stranger the CD from her car (pretty sure it was Donald Lawrence). The stranger ended up visiting our church as a result. ...the funny thing is that it was my CD she gave away lol:)

I teach at an art school in Ohio and whenever I play their music for my music engineering class, usually, 100% of the high school students have never heard of them. It's sad but true. The industry often avoids marketing artistic excellence at this level.

I think it is one of the great genius songs of all time. The song goes through 5 or 6 different but unified phases just like a concerto or even a brief symphony. It is a genius song lyrically and musically but is rarely acknowledged as such.
I totally agree. They are truly under exposed. But they'll be the first to tell you that they are tremendously blessed. And, in turn, they have blessed so many others. I've known them since college. Every last one of them are just so humble and all they want to do is bless others with the talents that God has blessed them with.

thx for the info regarding jc bentley . took a listen to her version and had to stop her voice clashes she was out of tune within a few notes don't know what brian and claude hears in her but they could have gotten much better vocal talent at any local baptist church than hers must be the system pushing her on them bcuz i know those brothers have betters ears than i do musically . so i am back st searching for the version with only take 6 have been a huge take 6 fan since spread love and would love to add this to my collection of thwir work. would really appreciate anyones help in acquiring a copy of this masterpiece
