Correct. Hurricanes impact most of the states in the S. East.
It will end up being worth more than some of the neighbors properties, because you won't have the demolition costs that they will need to incur.

All of the South East States in the USA are impacted by hurricanes. All the new houses are built on pilings (stilts).
