bro my willette model is 9999. mistakenly click on software upgrade. now its on and off frequently. and giving "Manual" update and frequency,symbol rate, signal appear 41%. but nothing working :( not downloading

You have to press Info, then press Up after that change the frequency and press aExit for a while.
Or
It will loaded and press Up ( sign will be given) press Ok when the signal level comes up. And when error loading appears press Exit and it will restart.
After you have done all this step and still bad you have to go to the service centre.

@@LushaiMedia yes i did this. manually input frequency and symbol rate, then signal coming 40-41%. but pressing ok to download. it takes some time. but nothing, it comes to the Manual input page again. what a boring function it has, power on it. but only "Willette " logo appears for some second then off. Same loop. Can i update it with usb? any software link of willette?
