      Yea I totally get people’s desire for apps esp tech people, but for m while I’m working out I really try to use my phone for nothing more than music to limit potential distractions.

      @@Grumpyoldman666 I watch the Nofate247 and Basement Brandon reviews of these just to stay informed about what is out there. I do my own program. I have literally never touched a phone while lifting.

    still using a notebook and pen, and copying plans by hand from actual books, ordered from the local library, lol... use phone to do the math on percentages tho.

    could you do a long term review of your rogue echo bike?

      @NoFate247 do you still use it as much as when you first got it? I think your video you said you did warm-ups on it for all your workouts. I'm not sure what other cardio pieces you have, but how would you compare them? I think in your video also, you said you don't like the seat very much, so you don't do low steady state on it.
      How do you program in the echo bike? For HIIT, do you do once a week after your workout or as a separate day?

    • @NoFate247
      @NoFate247  Місяць тому +1

      @@onomatopoeia6043 Still use it for warming up every day and often for cardio after my training as well. Haven't done any maintenance, seat I kinda got used to but still feel it if I go for longer than 25 minutes. I've got ellipticals and spin bikes and treadmills, assault bike still my favorite by far. My programing varies a lot so sometimes I go on for 5 minutes and sometimes I do 25 calorie sprints or a 50 calorie callenge
