I had made this masala for Eid ul azha, but don't get chance to cook biryani. I used this masala in kebabs for 3 times it turned out yumm...masha Allah. Today I made Biryani with this masala it was loved by all in family. Alhumdolilah.

My wife and I have been regular viewers of your recipes. We also prepare the food as per your recipes.
However, sometimes we face problems in the proportion of masale that varies as per quantity.
For example, if your recipe says that for 1 kg biryani this much aret he masale and ingredients required, what if the quantity of the biryani increases from 1 kg to 3 kg and so on.
Kindly advise us on above and provide the proportion of masale & ingredients,especially, for Chicken and Mutton biryanis.
