EXO has ones of the *best Achievements* in Kpop industry. They're literally the biggest in 3rd gen Kpop along side Bts.
EXO also has ones of the *best Vocal line* in kpop (Baekhyun, Chen, D.O are amazing singers supported by Suho and Xiumin). Kai is lead dancer. Chanyeol and Sehun are great rappers.
Lucas is from NCT/wayV lol.
This MV concept is EXO vs X-EXO their clones from enemy , red forces.
EXO debuted with *superpowers* concept from each members.. and this concept's still ongoing until now. Some MVs are connected to each other.

This song is so addicted. It sounds weird, unique, but melodious at the same time and I'm in love with that. Hip hop and RnB are so damn well choice for their comeback. Check a whole of track in this album out, please. Their songs are chill.

Here they fight with their evil sides: Chanyeol is fighting with his bad side split fire, Sehun with arrows his power is wind, Baekhyun on that stage fighting against his bad side his face has a scar as you can see his power is lighting, Chen is playimg chess with his bad side his ppwer is thunder his vocals are wow, Suho is in the water with many hands around him very creepy his power is water, Kai on that motorcycle looks like dead but he has crop top when he dances :P his power is teleportation

The Baekhyun flashing up on the screen when u got the SuperM/EXO members wrong cracked me up for some reason cause I said out loud Baekhyun not Lucas and then it flashed on screen. 🤣 I’m impressed that u get any names right with all the groups that you’ve not really reacted so much to I hyper focused on 1 group when I first got into KPOP (EXO) and it took me a while to get all the names/faces right and then moved onto knowing other groups so 👍🏼

After listening to the digital album, I was obsessed with it before it even came out. it's the title track of EXO's 6th album with the same name. This song brings trap bass blend with synthwave and jazzy accapella influences similar to their 2018 track "Tempo" with a vocal refrain running throughout the song. Lyric-wise it comes as a warning toward an ex-lover or friend, corrupt media, SAESANGS and Anti-fans to stay away avoiding entitlement which is a constant issue among the kpop community. The track was released with an MV that fits their album wide storyline as a whole! My biases Kai, Baekhyun, Lay and Sehun but I love & support the whole group.
They are shown fighting Red Force clones of themselves which don't seem to share the same superpowers as the members...the two clones that have similar powers is bad Baekhyun & Chanyeol.
Suho - Water (why you don't see him fighting his clone)
Baekhyun - Light [Sun]
Chen - Lightning
Chanyeol - Fire [Phoenix]
Kai - Teleportation
Sehun - Wind
The only three actually fighting are Baekhyun, Chanyeol and Sehun but the other three aren't.

Exo is really big in Asian countries regarding kpop since sm only promotes them there ..and to help getting to know them is to react to their individual guides (differentiate their faces, vocals, talents, etc) and for concept watch their mv in order from when they were released..we can help you guys in the comment section on explaining what your confused about..that's my opinion..thank you guys for reacting to them they really are a great group..please keep in mind three Chinese members left of the original 12.so throughout the mv journey you guys will notice they are decreasing in number..oh and literally everything they do revolves around their concept from teasers, mv, award shows stages to their concert vcr, etc..everything is connected 😁in short they are our alien 👽heroes😃from exo planet and in obsession they are fighting their evil clones made by their enemy the Red Force.
try to learn them by their older activities like exo showtime (reality show) ant very first teaser (debut ) then do album chronologically and hope you enjoy them :))

You should definitely start at the beginning with their pre debut and debut song so you can learn everything. They always put out videos on each member and their power so people could understand when they first came out. Reality show for them would also be awesome because that’s what I did to learn them. Plus they started with 12 members originally so it’s helpfully to learn all the stuff and hardships they went through

Really wish you had looked into the more recent theories and Twitter content before watching Obsession. Granted no one probably told you and since, as far as I know as a UA-cam only viewer, you hadn't watched the older videos you wouldn't have seen any of the clone comments to question the concept. But anyway, going back to their main concept of being alien guardians, this comeback concept features clones or doppelgangers.
Most of us assume clones specifically, due to a number of reasons such as the experimentation in 'Lucky One' and shadows in boxes on set from 'Tempo'. However the main clue came from the Twitter teaser photo, released by the main account. Instead of linking that though, I'm going to link a thread of theories from fans based around what clues/evidence they found throughout other mvs starting with a translation of that teaser photo. Sadly this may confuse you since none of it is confirmed and most of it is speculation, but a big part of EXO's fandom and main concept is questioning.
Not a lot is confirmed canon and a lot of the time any new clues that can fill in the blanks are spread out far and few in between from lack of comebacks. All to say it can be a lot and it can be confusing, but that's part of the fun and really feel free to abandon theorizing if it makes EXO more enjoyable. They certainly don't do much theorizing themselves, don't know what's going on half the time with their own storylines, and usually prefer to tease fans about it.
If it's easier to just know whatever new info gets released from the company and anticipate new comeback content (stages, interviews, show appearances, crack/meme videos), than do so. Not all of us partake in the detective fun or go insane piecing together the story. Some of us just enjoy it.
Meanwhile all of us take what we can get before they disappear from questionable management and just enjoy the journey and any new achievements that arise. There's no one way to participate in the fandom. Vote and stream if you want, theorize if you want, or do none of it if it's overwhelming. The main point is to have some fun. Edit: Came back to add spacing and mention one more thing I forgot. In the crash course theory video parallel universes were brought up and it threw you both off. Just wanna say: me too. However one way to understand is this was SM's way of an excuse to do other concepts (like the ones they mentioned previously: werewolves, schoolboys, etc).
Sometimes they tie into the main story, which is what they showed us in the past via 'Wolf' era's unfinished mimi drama, and other times they won't. This new addition wasn't mentioned until 'Power' and was basically a way for them to help the fans not go insane trying to connect unrelated videos or figure out how to relate the contradictions.
So no worries, for now it isn't important storywise outside of the two worlds mentioned in their debut 'MAMA' video. Unless I'm wrong, in which case another fan will be happy to come along and correct me and save us all. ✌🏽
