Is there an easy way to pop the top up? I am pretty much lifting the whole thing but the top just won’t pop up. Thanks so much for your help.

With one foot inside to hold the floor down pop one of the panels up. Once you get one panel up you can step inside and pop the rest of the roof panels up.

Can you leave the floor zipped in and break down/set up the shelter with it installed?

Yes the floor can be left in when storing and breakdown.
