When this first started playing as I laid down I sobbed literally sobbed and then found myself relaxing to now I am awake slept on an unearthly plane! Since following yall I have been studying total ride solfeggio frequencies Tesla 369 Gregorian chants and how the music industry (government ???!!) changed frequencies - and even the use of frequencies in healing that the Chinese are using. Wow wow wow I wish I could do a course on this! Nurse my whole life and I know prayer the laying on of hands physically touching and such was a tool in healing but I think of all that could have been healed or helped so so much but this. One of my favorite sounds is the sound of my cats crunching their food at night and lapping their water. It brings me a sense of comfort, security and safety. I really can’t decide between this and mi, which do you think is more beneficial for sleep, I normally find it hard to sleep and wake up from the slightest disturbance. Just asking!
Everyone is different. For deep sleep stick with the lower frequencies. The higher ones are more for lucid dreaming, but those can be intense for some. ✨💚✨☯️✨💚✨

Im praying to recover from tinnitus. I just can't live like this it's been almost a month, and i don't understand why it's always one thing after another with my body. I feel so rejected by it that it so deeply hurts. I want to be ok pls god help me. I feel so alone and helpless.
These videos have really helped me get to sleep quicker and stay asleep, but only for 6 hours as UA-cam always pauses the video at the 6 hr mark and asks if I'm still watching and if I don't respond turns my TV off. I then wake up and turn it back on, but I don't ever get fully back to sleep again. 😕 Is there a way to fix this? It also does it when I play them on my phone.
No. If you were still having difficulty sleeping without headphones, there is an added component for drowsiness if you wear the headphones, but for most people, 90% , the headphones are unnecessary. ✨💚✨☯️✨💚✨

Also it’s not uncommon to have a bad dream on the first listen. This means it’s working. You are releasing anxiety in those areas. The dream is the mind processing the trauma. Usually it’s only scary or weird the first time. After this you are balanced. ✨💚✨

I found a couple of NIH studies using 40Hz to treat this. 396Hz is close to a harmonic of this, but not exact. I will create something specifically for this. I have one to finish up, but Ill make the 40Hz program next on my list.

I really can’t decide between this and mi, which do you think is more beneficial for sleep, I normally find it hard to sleep and wake up from the slightest disturbance. Just asking!
Everyone is different. For deep sleep stick with the lower frequencies. The higher ones are more for lucid dreaming, but those can be intense for some.

These videos have really helped me get to sleep quicker and stay asleep, but only for 6 hours as UA-cam always pauses the video at the 6 hr mark and asks if I'm still watching and if I don't respond turns my TV off. I then wake up and turn it back on, but I don't ever get fully back to sleep again. 😕 Is there a way to fix this? It also does it when I play them on my phone.

That solution was for UA-cam TV not just regular UA-cam. So it didn't work for me. I still can't find how to change the pause function.😢😡

No. If you were still having difficulty sleeping without headphones, there is an added component for drowsiness if you wear the headphones, but for most people, 90% , the headphones are unnecessary.

Also it’s not uncommon to have a bad dream on the first listen. This means it’s working. You are releasing anxiety in those areas. The dream is the mind processing the trauma. Usually it’s only scary or weird the first time. After this you are balanced.

It sounds like it was working out tension. It should only be intense on the first listen. After that you are much more in balance. If for any reason you are feeling that pain in your head, then I would suggest moving to a lower frequency, and work your way up over a few days.

This one is for lucid dreaming and it brings you to the theta state. If your eyes are closed, but you feel partially a sleep, your body is getting full REM benefits, but the lucidity makes you feel somewhat awake in your dreams. These third eye experiences are quite different and are our most popular by far, but if it isn’t working for you try a different frequency.
