This is a great tutorial, but I'm having the issue where even after using the replace face feature, the curvature of the top layer doesn't seem to be functioning like a 3D entity and I can't extrude cut specific shapes out of the completed foam rectangle.
Can you make this in freecad? I tried but i am hvaing problems

Sorry for the late response. Perhaps extrude to surface would be a better option for you instead of replace face.
