My parents never taught me about the basics of hygiene so I learned it mostly from UA-cam and i never realized how bad my hygiene was before. I used to only shower 1x a week while wearing the same clothes and underwear for the entire week too, but now I shower daily, change clothes and underwear daily, brush my teeth 2x a day and I have to say I feel much better and cleaner as a person and I have people like you to thank for so thank you for being the parents my real parents didnt bother being.

One thing I gotta say is, sunscreen in your skincare is the most important step. Most people will not need a toner, a gentle cleanser + moisturizer will work. Use a moisturizer with sunscreen for AM to protect your skin.
I like cerave all around. I heard Mouth was is not necessary to use. All you need is a tongue scrapper floss and leave the toothpaste with out rinsing so it protects the enamel. Also coconut oil is good when brushing.
@DonJuan-qn9ys Not all parabens are chemically. I've worked before in skin care for years. There are safe parabens. These days, there are other ways to keep the product from lasting longer without having to use unsafe parabens.
