  • Our final episode finds us in the Forest of Arden with one of Shakespeare’s most beloved heroines! Join Greg Pragel as he takes a close look and breakdowns one of Rosalind’s most famous and hilarious monologues from “As You Like It”. The monologue is performed by Carolyn Silverberg.

    Greg is an AEA actor, director, fight director, and teaching artist who recently relocated from NYC. He hails from Buffalo, NY, and is an alum of Niagara University and the Stella Adler Studio, NY. He has performed in NY as Benedick, Berowne, Horatio, Clifford, Buckingham, and Claudio. He's taught, directed, and coached Shakespeare to adults, fellow artists, and middle school students in Harlem, as well as taught workshops, fight directed multiple productions, and was a resident acting company member for Hamlet Isn't Dead. Greg believes that understanding how to perform and analyze Shakespeare can be a catalyst to building confidence, creating a strong work ethic, and strengthening any performers acting skills. gregpragel.wixsite.com/actor.
    Carolyn Silverberg is a self-proclaimed Bardolator who earned her MA in Shakespeare from Royal Holloway University of London and her BA in English & Theatre Studies from St. Norbert College. With Play-by-Play, she directed Green Bay’s inaugural Shakespeare in the Park production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” (while also playing Helena), as well as this past summer’s safe “The Taming of the Shrew”. Her love of and passion for Shakespeare began in 5th grade when she played Lady Macbeth (yes, really), a love and passion she continues to share and instill with the greater Green Bay community.
