I fully rerooted my childhood forever diamondz Cloe a few years ago and it was definitely a battle lol. The amount of needles that broke was insane! Yasmin with the bob cut is super adorable
They look great! Thanks so much for the practical walkthrough too, my little nephew is coming over next weekend and I intend to become the best aunt ever by fixing his monster high dolls hair lol
I love washing and restoration videos, they are so relaxing and fun for me! Also, watching you go through your hauls and find outfit pieces and accessories is fun lol. Would love a "matching dolls to their clothes" compilation, showing what you found the dolls in vs what they were sold in.
I use the same conditioner, it’s just a supermarket brand so I don’t mind attacking dolls with it! I use it on my hair too, multi-purpose 😂 This makes me want to go fill a sink and do some of my backlog haha
Getting hands down tight sleeves can be helped by putting tape over the hands, then taking it off once the hand is through... also helps with snagging against the seams.
I do this with dolls with super splayed fingers! But with Bratz it’s just the thumb and it’s very solid so the tape doesn’t do much to help unfortunately
my favorite thing to wash dolls with is hand cleaner for like getting oil off your hands I use the brand "gojo" but I have also used other brands. it doesn't touch factory paint but it helps get a lot of grime off. it doesn't get all stains off but it gets more off than regular dish soap
I can attest to the fact that Bratz doll heads aren’t that hard to reroot, they just take a long time. I just did a partial reroot in a video that I am going to post Sunday. If you are still nervous about doing a full reroot on a Bratz doll, I highly suggest just doing a partial reroot on one, like giving a doll, a new part line, or even adding in new colors into their her hair! Hopefully this motivates you❤
I was wondering if you had done a video fixing a broken off leg or plan to make one? I just subscribed because I made a connection with an 88 yr old bratz collector who is ready to clean out her collection. She likes how invested in them I am. Glad I found ur channel!
This video came out on point! I was trying to restore my Moxie Girlz doll yesterday and I needed advices for the hair care! Her hair was is such a BAD tangled condition I will see tonight how they dried! 💆♀ Your dolls came out really well! ❤
I have no clue how my dolls ended up all ratty, thank you, now i can fix my original dolls, i had no clue way back then which i should have left in box, even some of the dolls in box hair has gotten ratty
I usually used tangle teezer comb and fabric softener, the comb makes untangling more easier and fabric softener because it's more cheap than using hair conditioner.
Fabric softener chemically alters the plastic hair- sometimes even stripping the top layer of plastic off. It also leaves an obnoxious moisture-resistant coating on the hair that can severely damage it irreparably… Unfortunately it is not something I would ever advise people to do.
I’ve tried both and conditioner works way better. I tried some professional salon conditioner also and it worked even better. It was AG brand. Made hair super soft especially if u add it to the boil wash water
Ocean breeze by suave the family size is $3 and that is the BEST conditioner for doll hair ! If you leave it in there for awhile when you wash it out the doll’s hair will end up beautiful, silky, soft and smooth!
anyone have any good resources for IDing doll hair types? or is it just you gotta learn what they all feel like, i have a Twiins Tess i picked up a couple weeks back but her hair's so crispy and i dont wanna risk making it worse
I got the repros of the og crew and my Yasmin main shoes have a black stain on one. I haven't been wanting to fix it until I get the color so if I do take paint off I can fix it.
Great vid👏! I enjoyed watching your technique because I recently got a used Taylor Swift doll thanks to your vid that reminded me of her so I had to try & get one even if I had to fix her up👍 and she has really dry messed up hair 👎 Is the washing technique different for Barbie dolls or do you boil all your doll's hair🤔?
The dress that you but Ms Bob Yasmin in I believe goes to a fashion pack! It's supposed to have a black ribbon on the front, and I believe it was sold individually and with something else...I'll reply with a link to the image(s) since the initial comment with it's usually flagged xD
I still like using a dip boil wash, but sometimes with leaving them in the water it can accidentally set the hair in a strange way, I tried pour boil washes with flea combs and now I can’t go back to normal 😭 dolltwt permanently altered how I do my dolls hair-
conditioner actually is good for boil washes and ironing in my experience!!! it adds a slip and makes sure the hair is laying flatter and easier to brush
I tried boil washing my London punk cloe reproduction and since I have no idea how to tell doll hair apart the boil washing didn't turn out and low-key fried her hair a bit 💀✋. It looks when you dye your hair too many times.
I wonder how that happened! Pretty n punk repros have nylon I think? Sometimes it’s because it needs to be like “weighed down” if that makes sense? Try conditioning the hair and leaving the conditioner in and boil again. Then comb with an extra fine comb. HOPEFULLY that will help it. I’ve fried some dolls being careful it’s really odd sometimes
Hello I need your help please I’m a new doll collector started this Christmas just gone do I am box my dolls or do I leave them in the box will it affect price of doll years to come please may I have your opinion thank you Jemma Griffiths
Nononononono omg. Very likely to do permanent and irreversible damage to the hair ;-; Fabric softener leaves a coating of harsh chemicals which can strip layers of the plastic hair (and there’s not many layers… doll hair is different from clothing or other plastics) and also leaves a coating of chemicals which cause the hair to be dry and waxy. It can be nice at first but over time can do serious damage. It’s not worth the risk. Using only heat and basic cleaning products on doll hair is ideal because that’s how the hair was treated in the first place so it’s not going to harm it.
I respect the fact that they are your dolls and you re-style as you want, but I really think that the way you told people to stfu was a quite rude. You could have chosen better words.
Idk why but I absolutely love restoration videos, personally for me when I order ponies I love washing out their hair its like spa day XD
Can you recc me some good videos or creators im also obsessed
I also wish Bratz would release accessory and fashion packs! Even if they were new designs tbh
A tip that I use for cleaning dolls, is to use a kids toothbrush, for cleaning the faces because they’re soft and won’t risk scraping the paint off.
Nice!

That’s why I’ve been holding off 😭😭😭 I think I’d have to just constantly use a hair dryer or something?
I did reroot a Wild Wild West and did in fact use a hair dryer and it helped alot and saved me some nedles 😅
They look great! Thanks so much for the practical walkthrough too, my little nephew is coming over next weekend and I intend to become the best aunt ever by fixing his monster high dolls hair lol
Princess Cloe with this hair length looks so good
I honestly thought so too!
Fantastic transformation. Thanks for sharing! It is very relaxing to watch you restore them and the results are so beautiful.

Something soothing about watching some enjoy their dolls
I use the same conditioner, it’s just a supermarket brand so I don’t mind attacking dolls with it! I use it on my hair too, multi-purpose 😂 This makes me want to go fill a sink and do some of my backlog haha
It’s much easier to just make the soup with everyone in it LOL. I’ve tackled like ten at a time using the soup method
I love restoration videos. Please keep making them, it's so cool to see your love for dolls and how you care about them.
Getting hands down tight sleeves can be helped by putting tape over the hands, then taking it off once the hand is through... also helps with snagging against the seams.

I love these videos :) fixing up dolls giving their life back is the best
Cloe looks adorable! I think she's much cuter and unique looking like this. You did a very good job with the hairstyle
The thing that bothers me about Bratz dolls is that they don't have feet! You did a wonderful job of restoring them!
The hairstyle on Princess Cloe is amazing! So so so fun!
I have no clue how to do anything like that but I want to try!

I was looking at pics of princess cloe a while ago and I want her now. You were right looking at pics of doll you dont have is horrible lol
Yeah 😭 that’s why I avoid it when possible bahaha. Makes you spend money!
Thank you. This helped me a lot with the pretty n punk Cloe I just got that needed a good bath

I loved this video!! the dolls came out beautifully
Great video. I love restorations.
omg cloe's hair looks so cute actually!!!
a really helpful tip i’ve found is to put moisturizer/lotion in doll hair to act as a heat protectant!!
Please more of these videos!
I love Bratz dolls 💟
Chloe looks so good!
I have no clue how my dolls ended up all ratty, thank you, now i can fix my original dolls, i had no clue way back then which i should have left in box, even some of the dolls in box hair has gotten ratty
Going to straighten my Bratz with poly tonight! Wish me luck
I think they look great!
that jacket is so 2000's reminds me of that's so raven
I use a detangler comb, on dolls with messy hair.
PLS DO THE BIG BRATZ RESTORATION
I LOVE WATCHING THESE TYPE OF VIDEOS♥️♥️

I just got a Princess Cloe in a huge lot a few days ago!
Love cloes hair!
with really bad doll hair baby oil can help brush it through then you wash out the oil
i got a mini straightener at marshall’s for $12 it says it’s perfect for bangs !
That red top on Yasmin in the beginning is Sharpay Evens from High School musical I think.
I could be wrong though. :)

Hi Dolls 👋 let's do this thing!!
I'm in UK and just found some bratz dolls in my grandaughters box to recycle if anyone wants them otherwise it's off to charity box
why does this feel like surgery lol
love your videos!

style it dana is weird I have one with poly and one with nylon lol no clue why they did that.
Luv your vid
I kinda like the princess line I have Yasmin , cloe ,roxxi and fianna but I do think they are overrated and overpriced
Great video! Try fabric softener next time, works better and stays soft for so much time.

When did she say to stfu? And how was she rude?
Didn’t say that and wasn’t rude but can’t change that you wanted to see it as rude 🤷♀️ clearly u don’t respect it and that’s fine
@@xCanadensis I think you might need to google the definition of “respect” because me saying my opinion does not equal to not respecting yours.
