I wish I could get a serious apprenticeship like this. My teacher doesn't give two shits about my art or teaching me anything. And everyone else I've asked turned me down because I picked up a machine before my apprenticeship but I'm passionate about it and I'm trying everything I can to build my skill and grow as an artist.
Wow this podcast was by far one of the best I have ever watched so informative in my journey and in real life it has made so much sense I love how y’all use things from the Bible it’s so relatable in life
I am a apprentice now and seeing how good Mike and Nicole are doing makes me want to work even harder because they are able to show what is possible and it's a huge motivation. I feel so blessed to be in an industry with people like you guys! Thank you guys a million times.
I am an apprentice, just started in skin less than 3 months ago, and very far from where I want to be. Seeing what is possible is so humbling and inspiring. Thanks for keeping me in check and reminding me why I'm here. I'm hungrier today than yesterday.
Yeah! Sir No Yacht Key (yet), You're fantastic and it's been inspiring to watch you put in the hard work and see the fruits of the work we all didn't see! Every time I see your work it makes me want to double down. Much love man!
Thanks for this episode. I’m 61 now, busy to look for some kind of an apprenticeship, to learn the final technical shizzle. I had one years ago and then had to move country. Now being turned down so many times, the temptation to just quit is very high . Halfway through this episode I just wanted to crawl back into the abyss. Thinking no hope what so ever. I’m lucky I found someone willing to give some friendly advice and I’m back to basics again. Happy to be learning again, hoping for a break, hoping for hope. Hey, maybe I get lucky before I die from old age. So I guess I keep hanging on for a while longer as being said at the end. Or am I just being an old fool? I wish everyone that their dreams come true.
I knew Mike would come out swinging just based off what I know about “who he is being”. Being surrounded by the greatness of Aisle 9 and learning the proper mindset is such a blessing and now he shows me, someone who has been around for awhile, what’s possible in developing and growing into. I am in a season of growth and though I got stuck like many artists do I feel that Nicole and Mike have been the ray of light for me by showing me what’s possible in a short amount of time , the process is just a little different for those of us that have developed bad habits and blind spots. We can take it several ways, we can feel bad about ourselves and talk shit (bad habit) or we can choose to redirect our focus and be inspired and live into a better questions. So honored to have taken on TBM and work and to hear these stories of greatness, it’s been such a great help in my development and these podcasts are a great map and reference to a unique and proper vision. Thanks again ❤
You start in June?? Wow !!! Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉 you choose you !!! and you choose to get on top if you empty you’re cup,the world is yours ….remember that when magic happens in you’re life ❤💛💚
Seth and I approach our teaching much the same way you and Nikki do, since he apprenticed me, but I have a background in education and curriculum development. I translate his geekiness lol! 35:14

This was a good encouraging video. I'm so glad for that last speech. I feel the same way so much but I'm hanging in there 💪

Very nice work Mike,keep going.
We call that the 5 spot rule. Every artist can identify ~5 spots that could be better even if no one else can see it. 21:52
