I'm not saying LCD are not good but they are not as good as OLED. No doubt this is done to save cost. I bought a 65" lcd TV in my bedroom after buying an 65" OLED in the living room not because the OLED doesn't look better but for me it's not 2-3 times the cost better.
Yeah, LCD's aren't as bad as they used to be so the quality will be better than the Switch 1's, but OLED is still better. I bet Nintendo will release an OLED version in a year or two.
It's fake. Trust me, I've been reading and analyzing every single of the 2k comments on the Reddit post. OP (Nexthandled) claimed that he had the new Switch 2 yet in many other replies he confessed that he just saw it but never actually touched it. He apparently can't even turn it on for some reasons. I'm sure he's just a big troll. He also said that he would reveal the whole thing during Christmas day only because by then, many other selected people will get a look on the switch 2 by Nintendo themselves, that way Nintendo won't know he is the leaker. It just sounds too off, like wtf, Nintendo is pretty much aware of this already and might even start to hunt him down as we speak, so they obviously will know that the leak came from someone who saw the Switch 2 BEFORE CHRISTMAS. And from his words before that, only a very few amount of people saw it. So yeah, definitely a troll.
Yeah, it could be a fake. If he couldn't turn it on, he probably wouldn't have it unless it's just a shell he got from a manufacturer and not complete. Let's see if he really does reveal anything on Christmas...
honestly i think it is a bit fake seeing as he HAS the final release version, yet CANT tell us if it has a camera or mic? 2 pieces of harderware you can usually always see, and I don't think Nintendo is hiding their camera behind the screen like some modern phones do, so that makes me think this is fake.
If someone already has a Switch 2 and showing it off, Nintendo would’ve sent their “ninjas” after the person holding it and confiscated it from him. And said individual would be tried and forced to pay a hefty fine… This new system can’t come soon enough after Christmas…
Yeah, I agree if Nintendo can find who's doing it. But their anonymity is keeping them safe for now... We still don't know who this person really is. They could be a really good hoaxer or are for real and are too scared to show any thing identifying who they are.
@AlkuntarGaming If this person is in the Americas, I wouldn’t be too surprised if federal agencies are on the case to hunt him down… They can do that! Corporates contacting agencies overseas to take down anybody with something they don’t want to get out… That’s the frightening reality…
Yeah. A new console is bigger news and that's what people want to hear right now. We didn't know that much about Echoes of Wisdom till it released, but we did know that a new Zelda game starring Zelda was going to come out. My video in June titled "New ZELDA GAMES Coming to Switch this June Direct!" talked about it and other potential guesses.
All I'm gonna say is with the massive amount of gaming handhelds nintendo better come with it or they're going to be pushed out by competitors just like Sony did with home consoles
"Successor" was never the real name of it. It's just Nintendo's way of talking about it without revealing the name. And with the major success the Switch has had, Nintendo wants to add on to it by keeping it a part of the name so "Nintendo Switch 2" makes the most sense.
Do you think the mystery reddit leaker really does have a Switch 2 console right now?
is this an ai voice over? something about it seems really off to me
Yes
Mic quality sounds too shitty for it but who knows now

0:06 WHAT IS THAT SOUND
Lol! That's a high pitch Mario voice saying "huh?" just after I say: "Apparently, someone has the real Switch 2"

Yeah, it does sound very fishy...
ngl pretty sure this is hella fake
It could be, but with a moderator and a senior editor of the Verge being convinced, I still don't know.

I really enjoyed the video!
I'm glad you liked it! Thank you very much for watching!
No one had ANY idea about echoes of the wisdom but know everything about a brand new console... ok then 🙃

I agree 100%! Nintendo can't wait any longer. The wait's been way to long already.
If it's successor why would it be called switch 2
