Thanks for video! This "broken" shelter is broken because the "anomaly" is not entirely intentional, but can be removed by lifting the appropriate item nearby. However, it is confusing for now and I deleted it in the new version, I'm finishing it now. The remaining shelters on Nesoi are operating without any anomalies...
