JBL is no stranger in the noise cancellation headphones space and have to solid options here. Both headphones have their strengths and weaknesses but the ones I like the most may surprise you.
Very clear and honest review👍
I think im gping with the 660, unless the 460 are on sale in the next few days
Thanks 👍🏾
right at the start of the video you can see the difference in the build there - especially on the ear cups
I don’t understand the 460 feel better they have better overall sound and better features yet the recommendation is the 660 am I missing something lol
This. lol
@@daemonneko what
i think ill go for the 660nc, although i like how heavier and more rigid the 460s are, the 660s have more features like longer battery life and both active and adaptive nc
I agree. Been using the 460s more as of late because of the low profile but I still prefer 660s as a purchase overall. The feature set on 460s are really nice but the speakers have way to much distortion for me at higher volume levels.
@@CorysTechTime i watched ur review on the jbl club 700 because i was curious why they were your favorite and im so glad i havent ordered the 660nc yet because i want the club 700s but cant find them at all please help😭😭
@@laggystand3755 They been sold out for at least a month on the JBL website. You may be able to find them at Best Buy online.
What do you think about the JBL Tune 760nc
If they were only $10 apart (live 460 $10 more) which would you pick?
Love the sound of the 460 BUT mine have a few problems. 1) new they are tight on medium+ heads (i didn't mind this but after 1.5 hrs it got too much). 2) the tightness wore off over time as the spring steel gave with use....but this gave rise to my biggest concern....the sound kept cutting out as there are pressure pads inside the foam and the looseness on the head meant not enough pressure was being applied to turn on the sound. I wouldn't buy these again.
PS i'm on youtube trying to find out how to fix mine lol
I'm looking around jbl headsets at the moment and looking at on ear - mainly because they don't isolate you from surroundings too much so thinking of the more casual use and for work calls etc.
I was deciding between Tune 520, Tune 670, Live 670 but those 460 look quite interesting and quite a bit cheaper
Ive been using Jbl Live 460nc for a while... Get live 460nc they have jbl signature sound that means they feature better sound quality
You like on ear or over ear i always think over ear so big and bulky
I felt the same way for years but the newer Sony headphones changed my mind. They're just so light.
If I wear glasses who is the most confortable
I would say the 660nc since ear cup is more flat. The 460nc have a slight curve and pushes up against the frame a bit.
460
Comparing these 2, which has less audio leakage when volume is at max? And which is more suitable for commutes?
I would say the 460s to both questions.
@@CorysTechTime thanks a lot for answering! Appreciate it!🙂
Just got the Tune 660nc & don't like them. They sit on the ear & not over but that can be fixed with larger cups.
My Nothing Ear 1 Buds out perform the 660nc in everyway especially ANC but not in battery life. Can't beat the 660nc battery life. However, My $20 Soundcore OTE headphones are better than both mentioned above. The 660nc doesn't have App support either.
It's like they were made for a 10yr old, imo.
I was an on ear 🎧 guy but now I prefer over ear 🎧 for sure.
Would you recommend buying JBL live 400?
I have the Live 400 and they were ok. The ones I have seem to have some quality control issues with them. I like how they sound, look and they are really comfortable but would only recommend them if they're on sale.
Maybe JBLs quailty has deteriorated over the years I had a pair off jb c45bt headphones that were alot cheaper than these about 3 years ago and there were mega loud i here alot off poeple complaing saying JBL ent loud anought no matter what model it is disappointing tbh really enjoyed my older c45 bt and there were only like £45 they could off done with a little more bass yh but the clarity and loudness was spot on
Hello, between these two, which one has more bass?
???
I would give the edge to the 460s because you can make tweaks to the bass in the app. The 660s is not compatible with the app so no adjustments can be made to the bass.
I saw you reply on how the 460s distortion becomes a problem at higher volumes, is it not adjustable through the app to perhaps fix it somehow? Also, which one would you recommend for the gym?
Turning off bass in the eq settings eliminates the problem but the overall sound suffers with the lack of bass. I recommend playing the 460s at lower volumes. For the gym I use my JBL Endurance Peak II.
@@CorysTechTime Unfortunately JBL Endurance Peak II is not available in my country, so I would ultimately have to pick between these two. I figured the 460s would be better at noise canceling, which is something preferable especially in the gym I’d assume for most. Although I have personally never used a noise canceling product, I reckon I’d not care that much when it comes down to which of these two headphones are best at that feature. I must say I do prioritize the quality of the sound rather than anything else really, so would the 660s be a better option for higher volume performances?
@@cobrazki Yea I would say the 660s are the better option. I had no issues with playing music at high volumes with those.
@@CorysTechTime I do the same I got 460 and peak 2 as package deal at Best buy $100
What ones are louder
Good compare views tks
JBL life is better than JBL tune ?
I'm not familiar with JBL Life. I'll have to check that out.
@@CorysTechTime I think she meant live haha
