For the last one actually my anatomy prof answered that you prove it through the study of the spectrum of light and how fully functioning cone receptors recieve it. If one person is seeing it differently it's because anatomically there is something off with their receptors. So you prove it by having the better functioning receptors

Kind of random but I used to have thoughts about the last question- like do people see what I see as red as red? And the answer is actually basically, yes- unless you are colorblind. Because the reason we see color is that light reflects off objects and emits a specific wavelength, which our cones in our eyes recognize as a certain color depending on how much each cone gets stimulated (we have red, green, and blue cones to see a combination of those as the colors we see) since that wavelength is a set color, we all see red as basically the same red. The only exceptions to this is a) if u are colorblind and missing that cone so you can't see that color
B) if for some reason you have more cones, so you are sensitive to different colors we don't see (for example bees can see in uv light spectrum) and c)if we see light illusions based off the ambient/surrounding light cuz our brain works subjectively, not objectively aka by comparison. Which is why some people saw the infamous "dress" as different colors, even tho objectively it exists in a single color. I just wanted to share that random bit of knowledge with yalls! You can tell green and blue apart by mixing it with red. If it shows more purple then it is what we usually call blue, if it shows more yellow then it’s green. Idk if this is helpful at all but just a thought came to mind 😂
