I served under Lt/Capt Banks in 1965-66 while at El Toro CA and I also knew him while we were at Chu Lai, RVN in 1966-67. He was a great leader and a fine man. We reconnected later in life and became good friends. I miss him terribly. In a few days it will be 4 years since his passing. We drove from St Louis to Cincinnati for his funeral. His family treated us really nicely. God Bless this Fine Man & Marine. Until Valhalla Semper Fi
This is my first cousin Jeff Banks, now deceased. Knew him for 60 years. He was the finest, most intelligent, loyal person I've known., A great man with a wicked sense of humor.
