Her affair with a Nightwing in "Batman and Harley Quinn" (2017) is taken as "somewhat canon" (it is sort of funny, because Harley is at least 10-15 years older than Nightwing).
Some comic books implied that they lived a happy life together (well, maybe not that happy, it depends on how dark the comic is). So i guess Harley and Grayson is a thing (and personally, i like it, sort of).
But in the same time Nightwing hooked up with a Catwoman too, so it's a mess to sort this one out (Huntress' dad could be not Batman, but Nightwing).
And in the same time Batman hooked up with Talia. But also Talia hooked up with Robin, while Robin and Nightwing also hooked up with Batgirl. And Batgirl also hooked up with Batman. So, yeah, it's a mess.
There are so many comic books/cartoons with a different styles and themes, but they all have two things in common: sudden romantic relationship + trope "-Were you killed? -Sadly, yes. But i lived".

@@WeirdgirlAngelina i don't know how mutually exclusive these facts are, but in "Batman Beyond" Harley is a grandma of Dee Dee twins and there are some confirmations (Batman Beyond 20th anniversary + i saw some DC writers talking about that topic) that it's a direct consequence of "Batman and Harley" (in terms of how and when Harl did "a thing").
In "Old Lady Harley" Nightwing was her ex-husband, while she still had a Joker's child (who became a Joker Jr. later, while the original Joker became a robobrain, and there are no Dee Dee grandchildren, AND the world is destroyed, so there's no way that it's the same universe). The big gig is: Nightwing usually gets killed all the time (and often by Harley herself).
So the main plot points for Harley to fall into Nightwing: Joker is dead (or considered to be so), Poison Ivy is absent, Harley has to live her usual life normally + Nightwing tried very hard to not get killed, so he could retire. I guess only in that case they can get their "happily ever after".
Other "extra" relationships i mentioned are from other issues/cuts, so they are not canon in the "Harley/Nightwing" line (at least i think so).

Also, she whitewashed the character a lot, who was a bad person and separated from the Joker, and everyone wanted her interaction with the Joker above all else!
