Great video I love your content! This is great information if you want to build your own sn95!!! I will follow this guide myself in my next sn95 build
Great list. I have a 96 95 and 94. Currently working on my 94 to get it where I want. So glad i subscribed to your channel bro👊🏼
This is my perfect list for my 1996. Saleen 218 body kit, svt cobra hood. saleen suspension, 4v cobra motor with 350hp N/A and cammed. long tubes, x pipe, SLP LM1s, lower tubular control arm kit, some nice seats and a nice sound system and call it a day. It is essentially a touch over stock, and will look amazing. its simple.
I added the CT Sounds 8" 800w TROPO box and 400w mono amp to the stock Mach 460 sound system and it sounds incredible. The 8 punches well above it's weight class and the 10" tall box was the only thing that fit under the Mach rear deck box mounted in the trunk. Everyone that hears the "one little 8" is blown away!
I was looking at that 8" sub. I've hear two 8's and it sounded amazing. Thanks for the feedback
Dope video! Think this channel is about to blow up! Content is dope man!!!!
Awesome channel and list for your build. I am in the middle of a build for the last 10 years, everything I want is close. But life keeps moving so fast. Keep up the good work
Such a great video! Definitely earned my sub. I look forward to watching more! Thank you for making this video
I love the wheels on it the most!
Awesome video, great content, you have the list, sounds awesome. I think it depends on if it is your daily driver,
budget, reliability, comfort level, and butt dyno for fun driving. Can't wait to see the new series of videos you got
coming out. Thanks bud.
You've given me some good ideas for my next build
I must say you hit all the points. I too went through phases when I bought my 98 new in 98 when I was very young. Now in my early 40s my direction has changed as I have “slowed down” with age and having a family. As far as wheels go, Saleen Lemans have always been my favorite on our cars and I’m still rocking mine since 2002.
I think your list is good.
Details throughout the car that get overlooked or get the common part in place of oem is a good way. Functional. As in it’s adjustable, has a reason, provides a service to you or car. Some cars get things added just to have it, needed or not.
5-600hp would be sufficient. Gotta keep up with modern cars a little.
Sound system. Endless possibilities. JL , works decent in small spaces and their amps push good. Amount others of course
I'm In darn it!! let's get that 4v going!!
I’m thinking a big brake kit for any future mods and some larger bullitt style wheels
What it takes to build any car is MONEY
Correction: Money MANAGEMENT. Money and time management. Imagine getting a nice used but current body style mustang for $7500. Imagine it being paid off from day one, NEVER having a car payment EVER. Now imagine adding one thing a year. Upgrade that factory tape deck. Speedster covers (since it’s a convertible), wheels since those 15” silver trispoke are bleh, custom front and rear bumpers, engine, subframe connectors, so on and so forth.
Imagine having this car for 26 years. Not only have you owned a nice car that will turn heads, but since it was used, now it’s a 30yo classic that people randomly shower you with compliments everywhere you go. You also have some pretty rare mods/parts that the real enthusiasts know and point out because things got discontinued along the way, so when you show up to events where there are thousands of late model mustangs, your humdrum daily driver that literally everyone at your high school had in the exact same color gathers crowds. That is definitely one pretty neat thing. I think that was the first time my daughter finally realized how truly special the car had become.
Good deal you got going on brother. Awesome video. Ireally like the sn95 body but On your audio, check out beyma for your mids and highs. I wanted your wheel setup on my 06 ROUSH but ended up running LMRs gt350 18" replicas..
Og said Carl Thomas put us on game coach lol
great video! thanks for all the information. i have a 95 gt myself only thing ive done to it currently is long tube headers and new exhaust system along with a cai, and some fb marketplace wheels. Next up for me is suspension as the stock suspension feels terrible (my girlfriend says she feels like shes riding in a wagon). I am on a bit of a budget tho, looking to spend hopefully less than $1,000 at least for now. Would you still recommend going with coilovers? Or should I just go with some nice shocks and struts all the way around? thanks!
Thanks for checking us out. IMO I wouldn't get coilovers unless I bought a quality set. A set of good lowing spring and shock/struts will change the handling. Also add some subframe connectors to ur build. I'm about to do a review of maxspeedingrod gen2 budget coilovers. I'll give an honest opinion if they are trash like the gen1 kit.
As for performance the ability to gap a red eye they advertise they run 11.90. So 11.70 should be sufficient.
Car audio I was the same the exhaust my radio. Older me likes hands free calls while driving
As for wheels there is no one set of wheels. When you say ultimate SN for me that's drag racing autocross drag and drive or power tour and tail of the dragon. This is going to be a fun build.
I dont comment much on videos but as I watched this video I kept thinking this is me if I were a black man. All your points on sound, comfort and speed I would yup, thats me. Keep up the good work and i will definitely be keeping a eye on your channel.
A worthy pursuit. Perhaps you might gain inspiration from the 1997 Saleen Wide-body. I've yet to see an SN95 that rivaled it for looks and performance.
These cars don't need a lot of power to go fast. They're significantly lighter than newer cars. I know a guy going 10.7 with 415rwhp. Thats a stock 2v with the on3 turbo and stock 5 speed.
Can’t go wrong with Cobra R rims, especially chrome.
For the Audio in my 02 True Blue GT, I run kicker 6x9 in the rear panel and a 10'' kicker slim wedge box with a 500-watt amp. I don't need to beat the block down, but it has some punch. I also replaced the tweeters in doors to some Alpine 1''.
Thanks for the suggestions. I have a l7 kicker in a slim box coming. Definitely don't need to be heard from blocks away but I do want to feel some bass. Trunk space is important so I hope this setup will fill my need.
Let’s Gooooo!!!! You nail it!!! I would add, “engineering” for a performance goal! If you check out my Cobra.. Styling - Carbon Wide front fenders. And 18x10.5 BBS wheels all around, power - 490 RWHP all motor, comfort - Maximum Motorsports catalog. Technology it’s on a Holley and soon to have 2013 Boss 302 ABS… engineering to be a time attack / street car.
@@SN95Power you did, hopefully we can make it to the same event this season.
I'm out of the car audio game as well. What kind of Sony unit was that .. sn95 life !
I like the 98 cobra rims what’s fast to me is when the road hard to see when u hauling ass lol
🔥🔥🔥🔥🥶🥶
I have a 95 5.0 Gt in the garage, and she needs to come back alive very soon! She has been a garage queen for the last 10 years. I haven't started the engine in a while but she would be a total rebuild anyway. Does the 363 stroker engine sound as good as an original 5.0.
Holy crap 😳 , 450 rear wheel 😊. Well for sure you want to go fast . I had a Cleveland built for me and I was thinking about putting in my 95 Cobra . It should have north of 450 crank hp . What are your thoughts 🤔
I still don't think you should motor swap your Cobra. The idea of cubic inches is great but the last year of a pushrod Cobra is going to bring some nice money one day. You could do the swap and always put the original motor back in.
I don't believe any of you accessory brackets from the windsor will bolt to the Cleveland head. I could be wrong, never messed with Cleveland stuff.
Yeah. Don't swap the 5.0... unless it's blown. My plan is to max out the stock 302 block until it blows. Then swap in a Dart 8.2 deck block. Much stronger block and its still in the 5.0 family. Food for thought. Keep us posted!😊
350 400whp solid power level anything higher then that is nice too but not needed for the street. Coil overs in my opinion are best especially with these cars. Advan gt would be nice I prefer 18s with 0 wheel gap 9.5 wide. Music is a must I put a chinese head unit for $40 in the car works great with the mach speakers.
How are you doing Brother I'm a Big fan I'm from Mtolive North Carolina my question I have a 1994 mustang V6 I want to put a 351 Windsor with a T5 transmission my question is how do I bypass the computer to crank the car and make everyone work that's electric
@@user-jt9sp6cg6m keep all electronics harness plugged in expect the motor harness. Wire in inginition box and it will start. That's the easiest way
Thank you so much Brother you so much you really don't know what this means to me I had to mustang gt 1998 and 2003 I had 2back surgerys the Dr said I couldn't drive 5speed again I sold both cars God healed me I drove my friend sn95 gt for a week to get back into the grove again Thank you so much and God Bless you for helping me Domonic Royall
unique is key on building a sick car be different. To many copy cats. Not a bad thing tho lol 15:18
when you start talking about top builds, it’s all about being unique. Thanks for your input
Tires > wheels > brakes > all else.
Boss, you're dead on everything. I would personally try to reach the 500hp. But, unless you're racing for pinks, why go broke chasing the fastest car monster? Personally, I'd keep it in the same era of SN95s. Keeps it timeless and classy. You could do suttle technolog boosts without being obvious. Just a suggestion. But, honestly, it looks on point as is. Nice job, man. I'll toon in to see wherever you take it.
Split the difference and build a 3v, they breath just as well 4v and cheaper
3v’s make good power too but still not going to make more power than a 4v at its full potential
Takes a lot of money😒
Hey if your savage with tools there's nothing stopping you from building, your ride the way you want! Put the time in! Budget build. No credit cards...been there done that.. small steps big results.😊
🤣 the hard part of building something any way YOU want is then you have to decide how much you're gonna listen to people commenting on it. Sometimes people make good points, like 1 out of 10 "challenging" comments actually has something worth considering in it but that means 9 out of 10 is just people giving their opinion.
put a coyote engine in it or turbo it or spend 50k in motor work plus supercharger/turbo charger or sell it and get a terminator, or buy something else as far a power. tech? you can only probably do a radio.
The fact that we have a Sn95 pushrod channel in 2024 🔥👌🏼 thank you big boss…
The fact that you took time to support a brother🔥🔥🔥. Appreciate your support
@@SN95Power I second this comment. It's time to stop all the sn95 hate. People don't realize that it's basically Fox body 2.0
@@ChewyChicken589The way FoxBody prices are going, they will start getting a lot of love soon.
